Food is always great at in n out but don’t have high hopes when you come here if you’re expecting cleanliness. This location is packed indoors and you’d expect due to COVID the sanitation would be better. I usually go to the Huntington Drive location and they’d wipe the tables, sweep the floors routinely, and not as packed. I thought at 9:50 PM the location would be deserted but it’s even more packed than lunch hours. I literally had to ask the cashier for napkins since they were out and she told me to wait until my food was called to request. Like I am TRYING to clean my table that you all did not do. I’m only giving an extra star because you can never miss with the burgers. Won’t be dining in here anytime soon.
In and out burger maintains their delicious burgers. The staff at this location could improve their customer service. Not very attentive, kids that work here comes across privilege as opposed to learning what customer satisfaction is about. This is why I gave a 3 star rating and gift (feedback) that this particular store can improve. Best of luck guys.
Delicious burgers, fresh hot French fries, and refreshing drinks. It's clean, and staff wears masks..You can order from the board. Fries animal style or 4x4 burgers or cheese burgers animal style etc. are not on the board and they are available.We always go there when we visit California.
My to go bag had to double as my napkin! No napkins, no salt? Must ask for a lid and straw? Is this the new normal for all in n outs? I guess if you don’t ask they don’t provide. I had already left before realizing there was no salt pepper or napkins and it was one of those batches of fries that was in need of a little extra salt. Also the worst parking lot congestion I’ve experienced at an in n out location, one entrance exit and an abundance of people that did not want to get out of their cars.

I love the food here. Unfortunately the order was very wrong. A set of fries was missing, one order I paid for spreading and chili's but it came animal style. I can't eat cheese so I couldn't eat it. My friend ordered her burger well done and it was bloody. She didn't eat it because she was grossed out.
Super cheap and tasty burgers. I expect they'll reach Europe in a future.
its my first time here in Los Angeles. the best well done burger I eat today in fried fies. I came back again when I visiting los angeles thanks.

In - N - Out Burger is one of a kind. I've been coming here since. They 1st opened up. I remember too this day. The 1st time I had a double double. It tasted so good I had my 1st mouthgazum . It gave me chills and made my eyes water ?. I needed a cigarette after that lol.If you never tried a double double. You definitely need too.
