“Mixed Signals” Ideology:: Poor Communication and customer service.The salmon toast is good but the male manager there isn’t very professional or friendly. Being that it seems like a relaxing place to work and eat - the lack of professional communication killed that. He also lied about the cafe being busy which is why he couldn’t extend the professional communication needed when he was asked. There were 3-4 people seated in the cafe dining, and there was no line!!! Sooo….? Also, they have a fly problem they should definitely be concerned with and fix since they ”strictly” follow and communicate their “health policies so well!”
As I young mom this day I had to wake up at 6:30 and give my 6 month old baby a walkSo sleepy and moody.I got latte at this place and salmon bagel My baby is on blw so I have to feed her with solid food very soonBut now she just shows the interestSo when I asked for some avocado for baby the worker kindly did it out of chargeYou know such small but nice things can make your day ??
The place is beautiful, the decor is calm and simple, and the coffee tastes very delicious. A place worth visiting
I had a quick visit to Ideology Coffee and had a flat white. Coffee was decent, good atmosphere and friendly service.
My go to coffee shop. Staff is very friendly and always make my espresso tonic with a smile. Much better than Starbucks.

I would like to start off by saying this is my first time writing a bad review. The second I walked in the cashier had a horrible and disrespectful attitude when taking my order. Just by her tone I wanted to cancel my order and walk out. By this being said, it was a even worse experience considering my first time visiting this place. I ordered a avocado toast which was decent and the coffee was absolutely horrible. Never stepping a foot or recommending people to come here.
Everything about this place is great! Customer service is wonderful! My go-to orders are the matcha latte with lavender or blue jasmine matcha, and the chicken melt(yum! )
Not friendly service and the barista do not know the difference between the cappuccino and latte.This one is for the barista guy, as an FYI:Both espresso drinks contain espresso and two additional ingredients: steamed milk and foamed milk. ... A traditional cappuccino has an even distribution of espresso, steamed milk, and foamed milk. A latte has way more steamed milk and a light layer of foam.
Got the cinnamon clove oat matcha latte hot! So delicious and so beautiful. 10/10matcha wasn't pre sweetened and the cinnamon clove added a perfectly subtle sweetness ? cute indoor seating atmosphere and pretty ceramic cups
