Worst customer service. Went to order for 4 people for to go waited 35 minutes for someone to come and help me to place an order. Few times I asked representative to help me that I need to order but he left and no one paid attention to me. After waiting 35 minutes I left place and went to another restaurant in same plaza. Worst place ever. Do not waste your time and money do not give business to this people. There is better places to go and eat wings.
Price of a 12 piece says 14.50The actual price they charge is 15.50 before taxThe man at the register also charged me for a ranch i didnt request. After asking why im being charged for something i didnt request. he disputed that i ate the ranch. I assumed it came with the wings. He became more agitated as i explained that you cant charge people for things they didnt request. He reasoned that people always ask for extra ranch and they put it there to save time. I stated that what hes doing is unfair and to please remove the upcharge they snuck onto my bill. He didnt speak to me for a full minute before i asked again, very uncomfortable for me and unprofessional on thier part.Its saddening to see a place with great food have rotten service.
This place used to be great but now they are terrible. Pulled out a piece of napkin from my ranch the management didnt even approach me to apologize. Wouldnt recommend.
Been coming here for years and has always been my go to wing spot. Reasonably priced, excellent service, great food, AMAZING ranch!
Wings were incredibly salty. Inedible. Veggies were the highlight of my meal.
Buffalo salad Salad was terrible! Bad lettuce and super spicy chicken which was breaded very tick!
Ordered an 8 piece combo of traditional wings (hot) that came with curly fries. Sauce was good, wings were crispy and fries hot. We had the option of sitting outside which is what I prefer. Service was great, beer was cold and we plan to return. Partner had the 12 piece lemon pepper and he said they were also good as wings had the perfect amount of seasoning. He also ordered the clam chowder. He said he will skip that next time. Reasonably priced meals. Parking was ok. We drove around the block twice and found parking in the back lot.
Quality of food seems to be deteriorating. We used to love their wings, but this is second time I am ordering food from them and end up sick next day stomach pain, feeling sick all day.For some reason the wings were smelly and it seemed old.Hope they work on the quality. Otherwise i will not order from them again...
I think the management has changed. The quality is not the same. It doesnt taste fresh.Not recommending it anymore.
