This hotel was clean and the staff/service was excellent. Our entire stay was pleasant because the staff at this Hilton was so kind and accommodating. They anticipated our needs and made us feel at home. We never had to ask for anything because they were already there to help us. The hotel itself is close to restaurants and the nearby mall. Self-parking is easy but the valet staff is kind and courteous as well. The breakfast buffet our group was offered was consistently fresh and well stocked; unlike your typical continental stale pastries other hotels pass off as a "buffet". If you stay there, know you can count on Javier for anything you might need. He's a very kind, polite person who takes great pride in his work. He was the Hilton employee who really made our stay enjoyable and comfortable and not just "another room at any ordinary hotel". We would stay there again because of how welcome he made us feel.
Great place for a Convention. Spacious, super clean, staff goes above and beyond, convenient location to Burbank Airport, Downtown and shopping. Guest roomS are clean, spacious and comfortable. Breakfast buffet in the morning was included. The hotel offered a variety of places to have our evening events. Have been here for weddings. Everything was great!
Very disappointed. Room was small, sheets and curtains stained. Bathroom shower dangerously slippery. It cost more for this room than larger and nicer rooms. I expected more for the price and location. I made a phone complaint and they never got back to me a month later. I had to call again to follow up with case number. I do not recommend this hilton hotel. All others we have stayed at for the past 6 years have been better.
If you want a good hotel with nice service, skip this Hilton. The hotel floors/rooms/elevators have not been updated since the 90s which would be fine if the service made up for it but the staff does not.The doors to our room were broken so we couldn’t even get in the room, it took 3 times to get them to fix it. Additionally, we requested an extra towel 4 times (over 2 days) and eventually had to go downstairs to get them ourselves. There is only 0-1 front desk staff at a time so it was an average of 15-20 min wait to speak to someone about the issues. The manager Christine was always argumentative and while she did reach out to “fix our stay” did not in fact help at all. We also witnessed her fighting with multiple guests almost every time we entered the lobby. Moreover, when going to check out make sure to check the bill. They did not give us our gold status daily credit and when we asked them to add it she begrudgingly gave it to us and snipped that it was only per day and it was a use it or lose it policy. This was not explained at check in and isn’t what I’ve experienced at other Hiltons. Additionally, had the tone been kind, I would have understood instead of being yelled at about it.Also, FYI they will only clean the room by request so if you want it cleaned you will need to fight to get a hold of the front desk.
It’s a Hilton, but a very old one. Staff was great, default for Hilton.Room was old, no shower just a bathtub, and it was super dark. The windows are floor to ceiling and opens like a balcony door, but it has no balcony. So be careful because someone can open it and fall from the building. It was bizarre to see that. But the views were amazing.Parking is also a bit expensive at $24, but California parking is crazy nowadays.I’d prefer to stay at the Woodland Hills location next times - which is renovated.
Stayed there for five nights with points.Good services with friendly staff. From the front desk to the bar, are all very professional and helpful. Definitely enjoyed the stay as far as the service goes.As a diamond member, I was checked into an executive floor room with good views. However, the rooms were tatty, lackluster and have certainly seen better days. Alot of the amenities such as wifi and soft products have been unimpressive.I've constantly had issues with the amenities as the maintenance staff could not fix my bathtub tap. The second room which I've moved to had the identical problem. However, the issue was rectified the next day.I have not been impressed with the resolution of the room issues. I was asked on the Hilton app saying what can they do to make the stay better. I replied, move me to a room with good views like before if possible. However the message was ignored, with no explanations. (could have simply said all the other rooms have been filled.)
How is this a 4-star hotel?? Aside from the lobby, it had all the charm of a La Quinta on the side of the I-10. I mean, it was fine but I really expected more from a 4 star Hilton. There were beverages left in the fridge from the previous guests, the wallpaper was peeling, there was a bright red spot on one of the towels and the janky TV was only slightly bigger than my desktop monitor.
I've stayed here atleast 3 times before making this review. The rooms are simple but nice and clean. If you get a room in the front of the hotel there is a beautiful view.
We loved this hotel! The staff was very welcoming and friendly. The room was spotless and the beds were very comfortable! We didn’t hear any noise from outside or in the hallway, so it was very peaceful. Parking in their garage was $24, but it was well worth it for us in order to have peace of mind that our car would be safe. They took that $24 off of the $50 security deposit, which made things much easier. We were refunded the rest of that security deposit within 24 hours of checkout. They also have a gift shop in the lobby that stays open pretty late (10:30/11pm depending on the night) with food and other important things that you may have forgotten! I would definitely recommend this hotel!
Great Stay, picked a room at the executive level offer which came with free breakfast. Breakfast was sit-down and actual full breakfast, staff was very nice.Valet Service was also great, room was clean and quiet.
