This store is epic fail especially Aron the so called life achieved manager. We are trying to explain to this so called human robot that the chicken is cooked raw all he said was im not going to issue refund. Please fire this unethical thing and shake this place up.
Very unorganized staff. I noticed one staff member overwhelmed while the others didn't seem to know what they were doing. They need a manager or maybe the store owner present to make sure things get handled correctly. I ordered online and upon arriving I was handed my order by the a female staffer. She had the receipt in her hand and handed me my boxes and bag with my salad. I ASSUMED since she had my receipt in her hand and she looked at it that my order was correct. I should not have assumed and I SHOULD HAVE double checked. Upon getting home I realised MY WHOLE ORDER WAS WRONG. All wrong except my Salad. I couldn't believe it. She checked my receipt and still got all 3 other items wrong. The pizza was wrong..and instead of the 2 orders of chicken wings, I was given bread. How can you mix chicken and bread up??? I drove back to the store and the one staffer that seemed to be doing all the work immediately gave me my correct order. I wanted a refund but didn't ask for it and instead just took my items and left. Tge chicken wings were NOT good. Definitely not worth the $40 I paid. One star for the Pizza that was OK.
Terrible experience. Today I ordered two pizzas, one with salami and meat and the other with Italian sausage and bacon. I personally picked up both at store #8421 located at 1120 east Broadway, Glendale. CA 91205. As you can see in the photos, both were burned, the cuts were disastrous, I didn't see the salami anywhere, nor the bacon. It was a horrible experience! please do not spend your money in this restaurant. I feel cheated, robbed and I can't believe they make fun of customers like that.
Just really want to get David’s great service out there. Since the beginning of my call he had nothing but great service got my order and helped me out with a great deal. Thank you David for your great costumer service and help appreciate you.
I've ordered from this location numerous times and have never had an issue. Pizza is always exactly as requested, with generous toppings and prepared quickly. Staff is always friendly.

Store says open till 1am on Saturdays but refuses phone calls nonstop and can no longer order online after 11pm
I would give this specific Domino’s location 10 stars if I could. The pizza is always hot, fresh, delicious, and timely. The service is stellar, and they are genuinely kind, courteous, and efficient. This was the first time we picked up the pizza. So, it was nice to see them in action. Typically, we get our pizza delivered from this location on holidays, so it was a nice change of pace. Thank you guys! You’re fantastic!
Put on a 15 min hold only to call back and be put on hold again…..please work on your customer service
