First time dining in after a few take outs. This place is calming and has a good vibe. Private booths as well as open tables and a sushi bar area make the place versatile to table options.The food was very tasty and made well. We started with spicy garlic edemame and baked green mussels.Then ordered 4 sushi rolls: dragon, cherry blossom, Cajun, shrimp tempura. All very tasty and plate presentation was great.Hot sake hit the spot with the sushiService was very attentive. Different people came to check on us but Joanne took care of us mainly. Her recommendation of the Cajun roll was right on and she was very professional and friendly.I will definitely return to this place and you should give them a try as you won't be disappointed.
Best sushi place in Glendale. We been coming here since they opened in Glendale and they never dissapointed. I love their Buy one get One 50% off on specialty rolls. My favorite this time was chefs special salmon blue crab (real one not imitation) with truffle sauce. And of course my favorite salmon philly roll that has all my fav things avocado philly cheese cucumber and wrapped in nice trick salmon! Less rice more fish. Yumm
Love the food, love the ambiance. We were looking for a good place to eat while waiting for our porti's order to be ready. This place is definitely rockin' :)
Good sushi and great service. This little gem is gets crazy busy and now I see why. Seems a bit pricey but I believe that's everywhere you go these days. Still good and I would definitely recommend it.

Everything was great & came out really fast after we ordered!BUT The scallops were the highlight. Everyone at the table had a bite and wished they ordered their own!
We actually love this place. The food is consistently better than most other places. The reason for the decrease in stars :For a full service bar no one knows how to make a drink. My husband wasn’t feeling beer or sake and wanted a dirty martini. The first one they put in TRIPLE SEC —- WHAT? The second one she put in one shot and topped the rest with olive juice. It was undrinkable. We were sitting at the bar waiting for a table so we knew exactly what was going on…Do yourself a favor and don’t bother with the fancy drinks!
No long wait on a Monday after lunch hr. Our server Alison was super sweet and attentive to our table. Sushi was super fresh and brought out fast. Would go back and try something new.
I’m a mess I’m so badly hooked on this place. I find reasons to go to Glendale just so I can eat from this particular store my favorite is Captain America that is eel and avocado on the outside shrimp tempura threaded right through the rol, it has tempura shavings on the top and eel sauce on the outside avocado and crab on the inside totally an amazing dish beautiful to look at, ooh how could I forget the spicy tuna on the inside too crazy right? I don’t have any photos because the food I just eat it I don’t even take pictures of my food that’s how good this place is
