I get food from here all the time, but never again.They frequently mess up my orders. I order veggie bowls and I can't have any animal products. And more often than not I find a stray piece of meat, or more likely some cheese. They are careless, and their stations are unclean.If I could leave a lower review I would!
It's our local Chipotle and I wish I could rate the food only, that's 4, but I need to give 1 start, so the management/branch owner knows what happens in this branch. I got there 20 minutes before the closing hour mentioned in Google, store's website, and on the sign on the door. The door was closed, so I knocked on the door and the guy who was cleaning came forward and said it's closed. I said there's still 20 minutes left, but he said everything is down and he can't take orders. This is not the first time they've done this, and has happened to me at least 4-5 times.
Easily, the worst Chipotle I have ever been to. They wear the badge proudly.
Im sorry for the rating but this day marks my 8th day coming to this branch but I have yet to be proven wrong, hopefully.Every time I come to this Chipotle branch after work to grab dinner, the lines are always moving terribly slow. Whether the lines were short or long, still be moving so terribly slow, even with a seven to eight staff on duty (including the supervisor/manager). I always walk out because of it.Had my fare share experience with gourmet fast food but this was just crazy outrageous, like cant even describe it.Like I said, I have yet to be proven wrong. Will visit this branch some other time to see if there are any improvements.For all of you out there, download the app and order it ahead for pickup so you wont have to wait in line (especially this slow)
Every time I go to Chipotle, I really enjoy the food and service.
Used to work at a chipotle myself when I was younger and I understand how stressful it can get sometimes. The young lady that was taking my order was very sweet and didn’t make me feel like a bother if I asked for a little extra this or that during what seemed to be their rush hour I’m assuming. It probably took me around 30 minutes to finish my bowl and I heard around 4-5 different customers being very rude to the same workers that I had a pleasant experience with. Some people forget that these are real people behind the glass. Great food and great service! Would definitely come back again!
This Chipotle is absolute perfection. Tonight Jose and Enrique gave me a very warm and light-hearted experience the food tasted amazing thank you to everyone! I always specifically will go out of my way to come to this location
stay away from this location I whish I could've give them Big Fat ZERO but Google doesn't have that option this store has serious management issue their so called manager which her name is Emily she is rude low class person I went to this location I ordered food and it was horrible the meat was like a plastic not only that I found hair in my food and when I asked to talk with manager to change my food she was full of attitude and very rude you can tell from her face that she really hates her job when I said the meat is so dry she didn't care at all also they don't care about hygiene at all with same gloves that they touch phones and other stuff they serve you food they don't care about covid19 protocols at all I told the the manager but again she didn't care after restaurant I went home and I got really bad diarrhea and very bad stomach pain I will never ever go to this location if you want to eat chipotle go to other place or go chop stop which is much better than chipotle.
The workers are still working hard here and the food is still yummy. Still glad for the addition of sofritas to the menu.
Went in today just to try the tri tip but unfortunately they discontinued it but yet have poster still up. ?
