I went to get some food with friends and service was good up until I went to go place another order for 3 soft serve cones I asked the cashier if she wanted me to wait around for them since it should take no more than 5 mins but she said no they will bring them to me. I waited 20mins and noticed food was coming out workers looked my way but no one bothered to ask if I had received my food I finally went up to the front and asked for my order instead of getting right to it 4 employees are just standing around talking saying “I was on my break I don’t know about that order” finally they prep the 3 cones and they don’t even tell me “sorry about the wait and confusion”. I understand that happens, but I felt like they didn’t even care about me as a customer. I’ve been to other Chick fil As and I’m always treated with respect even the owners of the stores send me coupons and emails about how happy they are for my business. That being said I won’t be returning to this location again.
Service was good as others, don't like the fact that you got to pay for parking to just go pickup your food, food was good except my wife's chicken mini that was uncooked. She had to spit it out and throw it away.
The server was friendly. The food was great. The restaurant was nice a clean.
The food is good specially the salad but they don’t complete your order. My daughter order Mac and cheese and chicken. So the Mac and chicken is missing and the sauce for the chicken .I asked if everything in there he said yes.
Good location not much of a line . Employee were fast and helpful . The place was kinda dirty the tables need to be wiped and the trashes were over flowing .they have indoor and outdoor eating section . All employee wore a mask ( thank you ) . The food was cooked fast and well . The chicken was crispy so were the fries . They offer refill on the drink which is great . Everything was great just wish the place was cleaner.
I ordered Chick Fil-A for the great customer experience and quick Deliverance of food for superior quality. Like you guys announce in your commercials. I live in DTLA and never have I had to deal with this kind of issue in a metropolitan area like DTLA and i go to glendale and i get a delayed meal over 40 mins and a parking ticket because of the unprofessionalism in this place. I placed an online order at 11:40am went to pick up my order at 12:00 pm, took me 5 mins to get a hold of someone to even greet me and help me with my order and when they did help. They announced that my order wasn't ready. I received my order 20 (12:22pm)mins after the fact that I arrived. And when I looked at the parking meter I Had a ticket placed on my windshield. I am a man that has his day planned ahead of time everything has to be accounted for. It’s unacceptable that you guys hold my time and provide this kind of service and expect to obtain customer retention. Business is about accommodating the client. 5% client retention drives revenue to at least 25% and you guys aint doing none of this. whats the point of ordering online if the company is still going to delay the order extremely unprofessional, rude and hostile environment towards clients. Thats what I experienced with a “Superior” Brand as you guys claim. But all i get in return is a simple “sorry” from Robert Peterson at The Americana at Brand In-Line. Unacceptable. Hope to hear from a real professional soon.
The service was excellent here. The employees were so down to earth. It was very relaxing for us to be driving through this beautiful city, come to this location and be treated like family.
I came by today to finally try this place and I ordered three orders of nugget combos and sadly one of them was missing when I arrived home. So unfortunately I had to share my meal with my sibling. First time trying it and yet bad service was provided.
Margarita was awesome for assisting me with my 35 sandwich and 10 fries and drink. Only issues is Chick-fil-A needs to get curbside pick.
Ordered to pick up. Didn't have vanilla creamer I ordered. But packed everything up and had it ready pretty quickly.
