When I was young Carls Jr. sold the best burgers. They offered great well-seasoned beef patties. Nowadays, their burgers are mediocre as are their fries and onion rings. My guess is that over the years they have opted to use lesser quality meat and seasonings.This weekend I decided to buy a chicken and Swiss cheese sandwich because I won't buy any of their burgers. I was asked if I wanted a combination which I agreed to but asked for onion rings instead of their awful tasing french fries. This included a drink. The cost $14.30.Since the pandemic many places have raised their prices but many people haven't gotten raises. I was charged the approximate amount I would have been charged at a restaurant for something other than fast food. Last time I patronize this place.
Usually really good service but I had a simple request.of a california classic in a lettuce wrap and received a lettuce wrap with just 2 burgers nothing else when I took up to the counter and was treated with immediate attitude that it was my fault and that I need to tone down my response when I just simply wanted order to be right probably won't go back sad because it was one of my favorite carls jr but no more.
Went for lunch after completing a Hollywood bus tour. The service was friendly and efficient and we ate outside enjoying the great weather. We had a mix of dishes among us but the highlight was the Chicago hot dog and chili fries - a new dish for me but the rich chili sauce drenched in potatoes was a great combination. My daughter had the chicken pasta salad which fell well although that portion was huge. Perhaps the best feature of all was the value for money.
This location has the most rudest employees working the drive thru late night. They should work on hiring customer friendly employees for late night shifts for the drive thru.
Quick and clean but they do not have the $5.99 Superstar hood special :(
Drive through lie was pretty long but did move fairly quickly. Served pretty good meals and would return for quick lunch.
Ok for a quick bite, skip cooking dinner, or saving time during the holiday rush. Their Santa Fe Chicken burger continues to be one of my favorite. I have to say the overall quality of the food is better than other fast food restaurants, but it doesn't taste quite fresh.
Got to say that I got the food in the fastest time ever. As if I ordered the food ahead. Cals JR is a place i like.
Never going back to this Carls. N I love Carl’s Jr. n Hardy’s. The night manger was horribly rude. Walked right by me when I asked what’s goin on with my order after she made me park when I went through drive through. She walked pass me to my car looking for me n I said I’m right here. To top it off she brought out the wrong order n told me to go back in n ask for it. I was confused, she’s the manager (name:Aralie I think it was, hard to pronounce )n couldn’t help me out? I highly suggest not to come here after 6pm unless you want to be waiting in parking lot 20 mins for your food after you order through drive through. I wasn’t the only one with this problem everyone in line had to park. I’m just the one saying something because the manger was rude n tried n argue with her hungry customer. Didn’t do her job as a manager.
Quick and easy, Just a few people were here. Very quite location. No line in drive thru. The employees were nice and professional. Thank you for making me feel welcomed. I definitely recommend this location if your in the area and want Carls. No bums in site begging and no drama. Nice clean place. Food was great, fresh. Thank you.
