Definitely short staff can't blame waiter he was running like a chicken and the food needed more flavor.

Not a big fan of chain restaurants but this one some times work well. The service is very good. Very attentive server. I ordered Chicken Waldorf Salad, and a cup of split pea soup with barley. I wished the salad was not overly dressed. It was drench with salad dressing that wilted part of the salad... it was too much. The soup always good. If they would asked for my advice, I would recommend to finish the salad with some drizzle of olive oil.I recomend this place but please ask them light dressing of the salad!!

My second time visiting this location, the service is great from the staff, only issue is food quality. I definitely prefer the Santa Monica location in every aspect (food quality, service, and environment).

Terrible service no friendly dissatisfied disappointed customer service

Great ambience and enjoyed the delicious meal.

I have not eaten here in years because I am not an avid fan of pizza. However, tonight I ordered their pea soup and it was absolutely delicious. I also ordered artichoke dip and it was superb and rich tasting. The person I went with ordered pasta which she said was very good. Our waiter provided subpar service, was not attentive and seemed preoccupied. Also, due to Omnicron, the restaurant doesn't allow full capacity sitting so you may heve to wait to be seated.

The first thing my server said is they are OUT OF DOUGH. No pizza. So ordered 3 pastas. Alfredo was dry and stiff...the king pao spaghetti had 2 pieces of green onions and some chili peppers. The regular spaghetti was good but feel ripped off. Almost 60.00 for 3 plastic plates of ill prepared food. Not a piece of bread..nothing. If I worked there I would be embarrassed to serve this. NO DOUGH...cmon. Never again...

I’ve been here once just once and every once in a while I think about going again . I loved the pizza , the customer service and the atmosphere . Very professional and excellent service with incredible food . What more could you ask for in a food establishment ?

Short wait even for a Friday dinner rush. Delicious food. Only thing I wanted to say is the Szechwan dumplings are not Szechwan at all. Almost no spicy and very sweet while Szechwan is supposed to be super spicy and salty. Still tasted good though.
