I wasn't a fan of the fries but the M.D.E chicken sandwich was pretty good. They have several different sauces to choose from. I like the Shaq sauce. I paid about $13.50 for my meal, which is reasonable. I will definitely return because I like the menu options.

The store is very dirty overall, you can sit at the bar type seating and see it there(the kitchen). The hot sauce stainless container had a ring around it, very gross. Just generally grimy on the inside. I had the tenders, they're not bad.

Customer service was on point and the cleanliness of the place and also everything was freshly made and really good had the M.D.E chicken sandwich with sweet potato waffle fries and some chipotle bbq sauce on the side again everything was delicious I will definitely come back.

Came here for lunch today and we're so glad we did!!! This is our NEW SPOT for Chicken Sandwiches!!! We were greeted by Freddi the Manager, he was so welcoming and helpful! We chose to get 3 Chicken Sandwich combos. The Chicken Sandwiches are TOP NOTCH! I got the Aristotle and it was the best I've ever had! The fries are flat steak fries and they were delicious! We loved that this place had a huge selection of specialty Sodas (and you get free refills with them!!!) And we love that they had a large selection of sauces! Not just the normal ketchup and Mustard choice! We will definitely be back soon!!Update: We've been back 3 times since! We've so far tried all the sandwiches on the menu and they are all great! Ultimate favorite is definitely the CHICAGO!!!! We tried their Jalapeño Slaw and it was really good! We also tried the oreo shake and Ice Cream Sandwiches and they were delicious!!!

The fries were very good and the chicken was flavorful and not dryDefinitely coming back!

This place is pretty tasty! Service was friendly. There was a little wait time for food, but that’s because they’re making it fresh to order :) I had the Charles Barkley sandwich with sweet potato waffle fries and a black cherry soda. I’ll deff be returning when I’m in the area again to try their ice cream sandwiches and other good lookin treats.

I stumbled upon this place by accident. Great customer service with clean facilities. The chicken hamburgers are juicy not overcooked nor greasy. I enjoyed all the sauces at the rear counter. I believe it was one spicy and another mystery sauce with great flavor. It's basically a fast food joint across the street from the fancy 3 hour reservation restaurants lol. Overall a decent place which saved me about $50

Food, good. Restaurant, clean. Service, fantastic! Drove an hour just to give Shaq's Big Chicken a try and glad I did. Me and my kids loved it. My wife enjoyed everything, but the potatoes salad. Huge chunks of potatoes. Ma n cheese was very cheesy and very good The cashier was nice and answered all my wife's questions. An in the end, the manager gave my son's some desserts and made their night. Definitely looking to come again!

The food at this place was good. I tried the Charles Barkley chicken sandwich (fried chicken filet topped with fried onions, mac and cheese and BBQ sauce). It was delicious though obviously not a healthy meal being fried food. For an infrequent cheat meal, it's worth a visit. The combo comes with fried and a drink, as common at most places. The fries are cut like steak fry width, but shoe string thickness. Tasty though they don't start hot as long as usual due to their cut. There is a dipping sauce station in the back near the soda machine. You'll be sure to want to get your condiments and sauces while your food is cooking so your fries do not get cold. There is a self serve soda fountain with Pepsi products. Another surprise was a beer tap style soda fountain (the brand was stubborn soda). I rarely drink regular soda, so I would not have bought stubborn soda in the store to try it, but the tap fountain drink was an opportunity to try the different flavors. They were surprisingly good too and most flavors had a slight twist to them. One had terragon as part of the flavor. The others had similar twists, though i do not recall. Also worth a taste, especially if you would not order a sugar cola in the store like me.I imagine Charles Barkley approved of the chicken sandwich with his name. Tasty! ?

This place was actually great! The food was fantastic though I personally went overboard with the food I chose haha. The biggest issue I would call out with this place is the spicy chicken sandwiches are not as spicy as you'd expect, given some of the descriptions. Which I do get, some people think they can handle the heat but end up crying for milk. The place I can say has comparable, but definitely spicier sandwiches would be The Red Chickz(?) In Downtown. I'm not sure that place is open anymore though.I would say for a chicken sandwich, this is a great option to consider if you're not looking for something too spicy.Parking here is obviously a pain though, so plan to park nearby at the garages.
