Get the fancy pancakes or the omelets or the specialty stuff. Avoid standard stuff like scrambled eggs and normal breakfast (not worth)
Came across BeaBeas while looking for a breakfast/brunch place in Pasadena area. Don’t let the bland aesthetic of this place fool you. The inside is kind of sterile looking and ordinary. Outside is noisy as it is on a busy Glendale corner. That is the only negative comment I have and I still give this place 5 stars! Service was very attentive, polite and accurate. The waffle was the best I’ve ever had, light and crispy, sweet and portioned perfectly as a side. The breakfast potatoes might be the best I’ve had in a restaurant… tasty, fresh and plentiful. Bacon was just right. Event the strawberries on the French toast were addictive. Unlimited coffee. It was obvious that this place is frequented by the locals, which is a great endorsement in my opinion! Will eat there again next time I visit LA!
First time, dined in the patio. Full menu, will be back to try the black sesame pancakes. Staff very kind and helpful.
Had an amazing experience at Bea Bea's for breakfast. Walked in and greeted right away and ask to take a seat anywhere. The menu options is vast enough for any appetite. The servers were very polite answering questions about the menu. Once received the food, everything was absolutely delicious. My favorite part was the green tea pancakes. A order of the pancakes came with stack of 3. The Canadian syrup was so rich in flavor. The bacon literally melted in my mouth without even having to chewing it. I am a breakfast person and if breakfast is this amazing I could only imagine how amazing there lunch and dinner would be. I highly recommend you to stop by.Parkingbis either meter or on Doran Ave.
This was my 1st visit here w/ my family while on vacation and the food & staff were incredible! I got the pesto chicken sandwich & green salad for the side. The sandwich was so flavorful & tasty, it was just delicious! Even the green salad being a simple mix of tomatoes & greens, was super fresh! My meal was incredible & I'm so glad we chose this place to eat at. We sat outside & it got really windy to where things were flying all around on the ground but luckily we were in the paying stage of our meal at that time. Next Cali visit, we'll be back!
This is my 1st time coming here . When I got here I was seated fast . The customer service is a little slow at 1st. They forgot to put silverware and a menu.I ordered the the pumpkin marmalade & cream cheese stuffed French toast. It was amazing! Came nice and hot with plenty of pumpkin and cream cheese. It tasted very good great combination.I definitely will be back here loved the place. There is also a very nice atmosphere. not too loud.
We were returning from a trip and needed a place to eat. We are a group of 8. We did a search and Bea Bea’s popped up. I read the reviews and we decided to give it a try. We had to make a few freeway changes. When we arrived there was a line of people, my husband went in and they called us after a short wait. The service was friendly and fast considering the line of people. The diverse menu was a pleasant surprise, and the food was amazing! Be ware the portions are quite large. I would highly recommend this restaurant, we all had great things to say about what we ordered. The moco loco was a hit, the waffle was crispy outside and soft inside. You can’t go wrong here.
We ended up getting the green tea monster pancakes and the eggs whites and chicken breast.1. Pancakes were bomb 6/5 stars as always.2. The eggs whites and chicken breast were as you can see from the photo plain. We thought the egg whites would at least have some vegetables but it didn't. 3/5
My wife and I were on vacation, decided to try, pricing looked a little high at first, but portions were great, didn't finish either plate we ordered. Both got latte, big cup and tasted great. Recommend 100% fast pleasent staff.
This place served really good breakfast. The matcha hot drink was a bit too sweet. We were seated outside and the surrounding was so loud. Constant honking from the cars driving by.
