Always enjoy Bar Verde at different Nordstrom locations. Great service, delicious food.

The person handling our table was perfect and they always give great service.
Waitress never gave us refills or asked if we wanted another drink or anything else.
Normally restaurants at Nordstrom stores are a combination of good food and a beautiful environment. Unfortunately, this location is severely lacking the latter. We sat outside on the deck and I was shocked how bare it was and the floor was stained. There wasn’t one plant or even hanging lights. Zero decoration. That being said, the food was better than I thought, we ordered the club sandwich and Asian chicken salad and enjoyed both.
Bar Verde is a hidden gem at the americana at brand. It’s all the way at the top of the Nordstrom’s. You might wonder if a restaurant is any good if it’s located at the top of a Nordstrom‘s. I was skeptical at first as well, but after giving it a shot, I have to say it’s one of the top three restaurants at the americana. Their menu is very dynamic and always changes according to the season and adding any chef specialties. The staff is extremely friendly, place is clean, and food is delivered in a timely fashion (I came during lunch and the place was half full.)Food - 15/20Service - 8/10Atmosphere - 8/10Total 31/40. We have enjoyed every item we have ordered during our visits. The food is fresh, beautifully presented, and flavorful.
Bien dissapointment. Dirty and disorganized. I gave it 2 stars because 2 of the 3 dishes were very good and the third one was okay. The place was dirty, three previously used tables were never cleaned (see pictures). A customer mentioned that and the staff gave them attitude saying, "well I'm the only one cleaning today!" She was very rude. Bad management! Also the floor was dirty. Now the food, it was pretty good: the burrada and tomates, and the chicken paliar really good. The salmon salad nicoise was dry.It was frustrating and sad that we couldn't enjoy such good food in a dirty local with bad service.
