Hello, i ordered food for pick up at 10:45pm. My order was not ready in time ao i had to white, when i told the lady i was here for a pickup andbgave her the name she asked for a confirmation number and said it wasnt ready. While waiting i saw multiple people walk in and get theres and saw 2 gentlemen walk up for pickups and didnt even know the names and wasbgiving the food without a confirmation number and felt racially profiled. After 15 min of waiting i asked about my order and it was in the back counter just sitting there for who knows how long and i was the only one waiting in the store. Not only was i kept waiting for no reason and missing food i also felt racially profiled.
Great wings, lots of flavors. Order on phone or online so it is ready by the time you arrive, we always double check our order before walking out, things happen and its good to catch it before you get home
They discriminate against Latinos, they don't ask for their ID from güeros and Hispanics if they ask for it, I've seen it
Love the Parmesan and Hawaiian wing the best

Me and my fiancé accidentally order 16 bgq boneless wings and we realized it tell we got there and I ask if the can fix it and this is what they said "we can't fix it cause it was already suased and wouldn't know what to do with them, we would have to throw them away casue they where already sused. I told them I work in the the food district as well and if some messed up on the order we would take it home cssue it was already paid for and we had to pay additional 10 bucks for 10 on top of the 25 that we paid for.
I’ve been trying to call the hollister wing stop for days, seems like they don’t know how to answer the phone. Called the Gilroy location and they were able to answer the phone and help answer my questions.
Not much selection and we ordered meal to go and it was served on. Tray. The guy behind counter was like oh well
