Love this location. Always fresh and friendly. I was disappointed when I walked in just after 8 and was told by the owner they were closed early from now on and not 9 o'clock! ? I also asked if he had a menu available to take with me and he refused; said they had none available and everything online. I think the wife is more friendly! ?

Always have the worst pickup experience here. Even if your order is ready for pickup, they won’t even acknowledge you if there is a line and will make you wait til everyone else gets their food made. What’s the point of placing a pickup order if you still have to wait for the line? Today they even helped the baskin robbins customers that walked in AFTER me before handing my order that was all bagged up and ready to go. Something that should take only 1min took me 15min on my 30min lunch break. The worst location, I would rather go across town to the other togos than go to this one ever again!

WHY IS THIS STORE OPEN IF THEY ONLY TAKE ORDERS ONLINE ? WHAT IS THE POINT OF HAVING A PHYSICAL STORE IF THEY WONT TAKE ORDERS IN PERSON ??ALSO THEY OPEN AT 11AM ON SATURDAYS ! WHY OPEN SO LATE ON WEEKENDS ! TOGOS IS BECOMING TRASH AND THIS STORE IS AN EXAMPLE OF HOW A BUSINESS CAN GO DOWNHILL AND EVENTUALLY SHUT DOWN. THUMBS DOWN AND WONT RECOMMEND THIS STORE TO ANYONE !
I feel like i wrote a review a few years ago for this Togo's but it doesn't seem to be listed.But the score hasn't changed. It's a sandwich shop, not the White House cafeteria but it seems like they could maybe, just maybe take a little pride in their work.It's Monday mid-afternoon, the crowds aren't beating down the door, there's no line wrapped around the block; knowing that you'd think you could order a sandwich online and when it's supposed to be ready it would be ready. Oh and paid for it, don't forget we already paid and tipped on the notion that things would be ready.But here i stand 10+ minutes after the "will be ready" time, me and the 2 "sandwich artists" as they just now begin the order. Looking forward to the day they decide to automate.
Came in first sandwich and stood at an empty counter waiting for someone to help me after a fair amount of time girl came out of the back and told me they're closed there is two other Togo's in this town I won't be coming back to this one
Friendly and fast service! Great deal! Pastrami sandwich was awesome!
Always had good experience at TOGO'S.Tonight the short girl with dark curly hair was sloooow. Asking many times about ingredients in my sandwich and even asking her fellow worker which bottle was venegar.This is difinitly not her line of work.
