Every single time I order from here they always have problems with my order. I keep giving them so many chances but after today I’m done. I waited for a drink and my one order of food for exactly an hour. I watched as other customers ordered the EXACT same thing and got theirs faster. I went up to ask multiple times and they kept saying it was almost ready. And when I confronted her about how another person got their EXACT same order before me it wasn’t even a problem for her. I hate complaining and leaving bad reviews but for real this was too far and all the other times they made my drink wrong. I’m just stupid for coming back.

The drinks and snacks are very tasty. However last time I ordered spring rolls with no pineapples. When I got my spring rolls low and behold there were pineapples! I thought to simply just remove them but this was very difficult to do without ruining the roll so I just had to eat it as is with the pineapples. It just annoyed me how they got a simple request I was pretty clear about still incorrect.
I love tealeaf, but it’s been a little inconsistentRecently. they were a little packed today and I got 3 GIlroy sunrises with absolutely no flavor it was just tea, all three were like that.Edit, I emailed the same day and never got a email back. Changed to 2
Gone multiple times and always ask for bahn mi with no spicy sauce, they always put it even when I say no spicy sauce and tell them that last time they put it on when I asked not to have it. The sandwich gets ruined :(
The best cafe food on the planet, bar none. Banh mi fries with shoestring fries, pork belly, Sriracha mayo & jalapeños were unstoppably delicious. Also, don't miss the Avocado milk shake, referred to as a slushy on the menu
