The food was so good. It had so much flavor. The drinks were amazing and everything, including the tortillas were made in house. Will definitely be going back here and need to try the breakfast.
The burritos are bomb. Taste like the flour tortilla is made fresh so soft, you can feel it. Pastor wasn't that good. But the cabeza was delicious I will be back!
My wife 77 years old and me like this restaurant to have breakfast, Lunch or dinner because is One of the best in town. Gilroy, CA. I took my wife to a doctor's appointment who recommend to don't eat anything for the blood test my wife needs, so was Lunchtime went she finish, we love Mexican food, most of the restaurants we visit I found out that they only have one good dish(recepy) on week days and two or three on weekends. I'm Mexican and as you know we have good ones example: POSOLE, VIRRIA, BARBACOA, BEEF AND VEGETABLES, CHwICKEN AND VEGETABLES, MENUDO, CABRITO, etc... "Tacos del Guero" is a little Restaurant where you can find every single day all of them, breakfast, lunch, or dinner no matter.you can eat BARBACOA all day long, we love it, and recommended to who love Mexican food.

Love their Al pastor tacos and burritos, the carne asada is also very good!! Great taste and their salsas mmmmmmm! Definitely recommend it.
The menudo was not good at all, it tasted really bad like from days old. She took it out the fridge and it looked like jello and didnt even boil it enough so it can get back to caldo.. the tacos are great when guero is there but when hes not they dont taste fresh!
Great service lil long wait for food but then again all the night club ppl show up and it get pack but is the only spot to eat after 2am
Bought some menudo n chila1iles and this food was bomb !! First time every been here and happy with food recommend food from here if anyone not tryna cook a sunday morning this is the spot to come and eat some breakfast!!
