Friendly service ,,big smiles! And a good service in Spanish.

I am literally mind blown by the lack of leadership at this location.. and of all days… MOTHERS DAY!!! Whoever manages this store has NO BUSINESS holding that title. Your employees were DROWNING today! Mobile orders were taking 45 minutes to an HOUR to get out, and was still active allowing more and more individuals to order online, backing the employees up even more! To be informed the mobile order is the manager’s responsibility and that they were not even working one of the busiest days of the year.. awful and disappointing. I sure hope you aren’t going to be managing the new location. I left without even getting my drink … thankfully the girl working was able to refund me.. but wow… what a flat out disappointment.

Already standing in line for 10 minutes.. while Barista is with customers in front of me. Barista has finally noticed me there.. then tells me the customers in front of me were the last ones for the day... My jaw hit the floor. He was the only one paying ANY attention to customers AT ALL. One young lady.. sweeping around me, another in front of the Espresso machines.. stocking cups and lids. And UPS making a delivery.All I wanted was grab and go chips. The customer in front of me actually offered to buy them for when your barista said she was the last customer. I said no thank you to her. Then I stated loud enough.. I've been standing here in front of you for TEN MINUTES! You should've said that when I walked in the door. OR LOCKED THE DOOR.What a joke for CUSTOMER SERVICE!!I've been in Customer Service and Retail for over 35 years..And you DON'T treat, or speak to people that way.I will NOT be returning to your location..Just appalling disregard for a very loyal customer..The Staff and Baristas at this location need to be retrained..

It's really unfortunate the hours are so limited: closed three days a week and only open half days for the other four.

This store is poorly managed. It's consistently out of stock on food items and Oatmilk. Their app says things like the brown sugar oat milk are sold out everyday when it isn't. If it is they don't purchase enough stock to serve customers. I drive out of my way to the 1st and Kelton store which always has everything.Furthermore, the baristas just aren't good. My coffee never tastes like it should. I only have this issue at this store and nowhere else. They need a serious revamp.

Not sure what's going on at this Starbucks and their coffee making. This last week half of my venti coffee has been foam. I've ordered the same coffee for years and always have had a nice full coffee and the right amount of foam. Please ensure your employees are trained . I don't order extra foam but that's what I've been getting. There is a lack of consistency here from the other 2 Starbucks in town and it's frustrating when you pay the cost charged for coffee. I get my coffee between 7-10am. Maybe the afternoon personal make the coffees better but I'm not sure. This morning over half my cup was pure foam. August 9th, 2021 7am.

Worst Starbucks in gilroy, I always avoid this one. They take forever, my drinks never taste as good, they always mess up my order, & The staff are just not so nice. Like a year ago when I asked for a refund & my tip back because they never gave me my drinks after making me wait AN HOUR. The lady threw money from the tip jar at me… seriously…

First time EVER that a Starbucks employee managed how much creamer I can pour into my coffee. Not happy with that ?
