Shows that the dining room was opened and I tried the door and it was locked and it was 800am. Had to use the drive through and if you are not familiar with this location it is confusing to navigate through the drive up window that consists of two ordering boxes. Drive up line is busy as heck, plus if you make a wrong decision to try to get back on track there are no u turns on your way out. So be careful to check out the area before you go to get in line. Not so happy about it, but I'm mostly not happy with the customer service with a simple order I had to ask for the coffee I ordered that turned out to be cold. ???☕️?
I went inside McDonalds just now 8:15 am and no body wanted to take my order and i had a 10 dollar bill and they wanted me to use some kyosk but the kyosk did was no accepting orders Ider then I went on drive thru to have my order and the lady did not understand I wanted a strawberry milk shake and keep saying smoothie sorry but there most be something wrong on this store or no they did not want to attend me properly. I mean I've been very welcome on many other McDonald's stores.
Obligation to use kiosk is very impersonal. You're still considered a RESTAURANT business. Servicing customers, you know the patrons who pay for friendly services and HOT food to keep you in business! Your standards are falling Waaaaay behind here in America! Then the poor kid gets my order number wrong he had to call out. So the open top bag remains open, letting whatever warmth my food had, to escape!! I can't stand to eat your cold fries, cold hard buns and no ice filled cups of UNSWEETENED tea , when I specifically ordered Sweet Tea!! Put some ICE in the drinks!!! You are part on the Valley too!!! You know it gets hot here and we live in a permanent drought!! Help us forget some of that for the brief moment we are SUPPOSED TO BE ENJOYING OUR FOOD that we came to expect from McDonald's since the 1960's!!!...even the secret mix of salt n sugar on the fries can't save cold greasy fries. Step up your game!!! You know consumers and competitors will be seeing this! Even the trashy slum off frwy 99/Olive has better standards. Sad part is while driving through your beautiful town, expectations were HIGH and your restaurant fell super short.
Apparently the manager is so upset he doesn't want you to use the bathroom. He said he would go home but they won't let him. I was going to order food but he made me feel so uncomfortable he said you could use the restroom down at the end you know. Like he doesn't realize the extra foot flow means more business. I decided to leave at hit up in and out and burger King, sad because I really like the new menu hacks. On top of that he leaves the mop out.
A couple of weeks ago I ordered a Happy Meal through drive through, I ask for apple slices and the drink to be just a small cup of water. No apple's included and I was charged for a bottle of water. I drove through 3 times trying to get my order correct. I did finally get apple slices , but they wouldn't take the bottle of water off for a small cup of water. I explained he is 4 and he doesn't want a soda, just a cup of water. They told me I had no choice. He is not going to drink a bottle of water
Good menu, stopped for afternoon drinks, not as clean like pre covid days. But, clean enough.
Ordered around 10:45 and didn’t get our food till 11:35!!!! I should add this was yesterday. When we finally went up to ask where our order was they had no clue about it!I understand being understaff(if that was the case) but not doing an order doesn’t just happen unless someone deletes it off the order menu in the back.Thankfully when we got our food it was hot but the hamburgers didn’t taste good.I’m guessing it’s a hit or miss here. I see other peoples reviews are good so maybe it was just us that didn’t have the best of luck.

Here patrons are forced to use the complicated touch screen kiosk to order. I couldn't even order what I came there to order because there is no way to make any alteration in what I wanted on my burger. Additionally, the food was barely warm and tasted terrible.
My daughter likes them nuggets, it's her favorite thing, lol.Whatever makes her happy, an entire meal for under 12, lol.
