Staff was too notch the food like it made earlier and left out and re heated dri taste
Got Uber delivery. Driver was perfect. Fries, ordered large and paid extra, were undercooked and cold. No napkins. No straw for my drink. Luckily I was at home and have those things. Threw away almost all of the cold fries. Prob won’t want a delivery to the worksite.
It doesn't matter if you order in store, drive thru, in their app or online through delivery apps, they always end up messing up your order from the smallest thing to big ones like your food missing our really under cooked or them just giving you whatever drinks they feel like giving you that day. Idk they just really need to pay attention to their orders & and quality of their food. Sadly doordash can't change the location for my orders.
Mc Donald's was your typical grab and go. Ever since they stopped giving condiments and extra napkins there really isn't anything above and beyond to report at this location.
Order not ready for delievery man even after one hour something is seriously wrong and the customer cancel the order after 1 hour wait
Every time I go to this McDonald's, they mess up something in my order. Literally every time. The food is fine, otherwise. It's McDonald's. There is rarely much deviation in the food's quality from restaurant to restaurant. It's the service that really garners my low rating for this particular franchise.Another small annoyance, but not the fault of the staff, is that this location gets extremely long lines around mealtime. Just be aware of that, and you should be fine.If you're in the mood for McDonald's food, this franchise will serve you just fine. Just be sure to check your bag before you leave, and ask for your receipt.
Stale bun first time then they replaced it....this time cold burger and cheese not melted at all ...french fries were small bits and pieces slightly warm and way way too much salt ...never to return again to this McDonalds....I believe the owners feel they can get away with poor served products because it's Gilroy...so very sad...
Went to order food but every single door was locked :( There were other customers inside ordering and it's 4:17 pm in the afternoon.Is dine in closed randomly or something? I don't understand. They weren't even super busy.
It's fine, but no longer offers egg McMuffins later than breakfast like it used to. Also, either somebody there has no idea how to make mochas or the machine is broken because I constantly have to get mine remade because it comes out gross and watery.
Ordered two drinks. It took 15 minutes.
