I was in the drive thru and they guy(Javier) took 2 minutes to greet me. Which he did but told me to give him a minute. I replied “another minute?” After that he took another 5 minutes to take my order and when I got to the window I asked him why did he took so long? He said “we are really busy”. That was a lie. And then he took the next car’s order in a shorter time than mine. I asked to talk to the manager and she said the same thing. But there was less than five people in the lobby and no cars in front of me. In total I lost 15 minutes of my 30 minutes lunch time in this place. Really slow service! Don’t go there unless you can wait all day long! ??
Service was horrible looked like a girl was training not her fault no one was helping her I didn’t get a receipt and it says food is free with no receipt, they charged us all the food and I was missing items ? I went through drive thru to ask to get my food that was missing they still wanted to charge me for food I had already paid for a real shame!!! The worst place I’ve been to…
Food from the KFC menu was nice
Great place can offer ahead but you have to go in to pick up. They got the order right and 100 percent but they sealed the bag so could not check it. But it was hot and right.

Order a combo meal and my Coleslaw had a dead baby cockroach grosss !!!! Called it in was told to take it in so they can take a look at it made it sound as if I was lying about the roach the guy saying they have no insects but clearly they have cockroaches for a baby roach to be served on my coleslaw. Never again ordering from here.
