KFC is just KFC. The food is ok service is good and place is clean.

the mestup my order 3 time I had to go tru the drivetru to get it fixed they don't know what they are doing

Today, 3-24-22 I purchased 6 pieces of wings. they are awful, dry, over cooked, just a breath away from being totally cooked to death. this KFC has gotten worse and worse in the last 2 years. Either it's totally greasy or cooked to death.

This is by far the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced and the most inexperienced, untrained, rude and unprofessional staff I’ve dealt with. I decided to give this place a try as I noticed they redid the whole building and looked newer. I ordered ahead of time online so I could visit the restaurant and do a quick pick up inside so I wouldn’t wait in the drive thru. I received the mobile order notification that my order was ready and they have parking locations that specifically say to park there and head inside for mobile order pick up. I parked and headed inside but both of the doors were locked. They literally have signs on their doors that say if you’re there for mobile order or door dash that the doors will open so you can come inside and grab your order. I waited 10 minutes at the door and no one came to unlock it. I made eye contact with 3 separate employees and they just ran to the back behind where they store the cooked chicken and never came to assist me. I noticed they were talking about me because a different employee would peek their head around to look at me and then go back to talking. I was in shock seeing this happen and I even pulled on the door to show them I was trying to go in and still was completely ignored. After 10 minutes of standing at the entrance being stared at I was fed up so I had to line up behind 3 cars in the drive thru and even right when you enter the drive thru line they have a big sign that says Mobile Orders pick up inside. I told the employee I was there for a mobile order and they just said pull up to the window. They didn’t acknowledge me or mention anything of me standing at the door. What’s even worse is the employee who stared at me directly and didn’t answer me stood behind the employee who handed me my food and just looked at me again. I was so frustrated I didn’t say a word to any of them and I left. Hopefully management sees this and trains their employees to be respectful and teaches them how to answer a door. I don’t understand why the door is locked in the first place if there are so many other dashers and mobile orders there. While I was standing there waiting I noticed 3 people try to go in and order but the door was locked so they just drive away. Not only are the employees rude, but they also driving away business by doing this.

The worst KFC I’ve ever been to..I never imagined driving up to a drive thru and being told my order will take 60 minutes…?. The staff doesn’t seem to care at all.

Was rushed ordering at the drive thru and when I got to the window the bag was ready. The food was cold. Not room temp, cold.

The Thanksgiving Turkey was a pleasant surprise! It had great flavor, moist, tender. I will be purchasing again. I appreciate the staff staying up all night to fix the birds. Thx U

All I wanted was a plain chicken sandwich and sum dude in the microphone said” A PLAIN CHICKEN SANDWICH?” and I felt mad disrespected ?

Please check food guys before you leave, I have not gone here once without them missing an item or giving me the wrong flavor of something.
