Yummy sandwiches, bread is so good and veggies are fresh , it's also not greasy which I like in my food

We stopped by this Gilroy location for the first time & wanted to say how thankful we are for the service we received. When ordering the gluten-free bread (allergy), Andrew, the shift lead working the front, made considerable effort to clean the prep area, use a dedicated knife, etc to ensure there was no cross contamination.Following gluten-related protocols / procedures can be difficult for restaurant staff to follow, so this was extremely refreshing to see an employee truly taking those extra steps to heart
Zachary and Westlyn were student of the month at El Roble school! They each received a free Sandwich so did mom and dad! Great food and service. They have Cream Soda on tap!
Jersey Mikes has the best sandwiches. I have also never had bad service and even when they are busy their employees have a smile on their faces.
