For being a main stream smoothie place this place is excellent. The wait is a little long but I always forget about that once I got my smoothie in hand.
I've always had Great Customer Service, the store is always clean & the Staff are EXCEPTIONAL.
This location has gone downhill. Staff is unfriendly especially the cashier that I had today. They are also slow. Staff needs training on customer service and how to work at a faster pace.

High energy and great customer service
Won’t ever go back to this Jamba Juice again. I’ve been ordering the same drink (strawberry dreamin’) for the past 16 years and order from this location regularly. They didn’t even try to attempt to make it today. The cashier checked in the “back” and just decided that they discontinued making it. I just ordered this drink there last week?? Poor customer service, what a shame.
