Much better then the last one I went to in San jose. The food here was hot an fresh. The guy at the counter was very nice. They are short staffed but still hav a good customer service attitude. Unlike Almaden an Branham in San jose. They hav cold food rude workers an bad attitudes
I don't come to Jack in the box much anymore. We ordered $23 in food. They got an extra because I do love their southwest salad with grilled chicken. But we had missing items in our order and cold fries.y boyfriend is a OTR truck driver so it's like we just can't go and pick up missing items. Also the fries were old and cold. Thumbs down. I don't recommend. There are other options I would take.
I don't expect much from a Jack in the Box, but wow the lack of customer service here is astounding. These people make 15 dollars an hour to be rude. Hey franchise owner can work part time there so I can blow off steam from my real job? Even at my rudest I promise to raise your google reviews. Yes your employees are something else but I put the blame on the owner and management team. Attitude reflects Leadeship. This is tried and true. Your bathrooms are filthy and understocked. Paper Towel dispenser broken. Customer accessible soda machine inoperable. Fries and sodas under filled. Employees rude and don't want to help the bread and butter of your business. Corporate should come through here and do an audit. If I owned a business and saw all these reviews, I would be embarrassed. You can never please everybody, but you should please more than you have. If you had your number posted under your "this Jack in the box is individually owned and operated" plaque I would be on the phone with you now.
Wonderful celiac safe gluten-free food. I tried 3 different meals. They were all very tasty.
Worse customer service, and very unfriendly staff. Food was ok but staff now makes It that I never want to return!

I went to Jack in the box in Gilroy on Arroyo circle at 7:50 am on 11-5-21. When I got to the drive thru they stated that they are on breakuntil 8:15 and that I would have to come back. What poor service. This is not the first time this has happened at this restraunt in Gilroy. I will choose to go somewhere else next time.
