Consistently the worst jack in the box you could go to. Always bottom of the bucket even for jack in the box, and I like jack in the box. Order is never right. Won't put order in the screen, won't read off your order, won't give you a receipt, makes you wait out front, then in a parking spot. Usually the drive through takes almost 20 minutes for our small family. I'm actually really sad this jack in the box is so bad. Sometimes I drive to the Morgan Hill jack in the box from Gilroy, 20 minutes which is how long this one takes. And I live a block away...
This place was very busy but employees were very nice oh try the pineapple shake
They were just standing around talking when we tried to order and we had to repeat the order 4 times so they actually got it correctly. (We did not have any special requests just a meal and drink). Then they gave us the wrong food and when we went to get the correct food the MANAGER gave us attitude and said that’s what we ordered when even on the receipt it says a different item. I will never go back to this Jack in the box again.
Stopped by here for breakfast and got some fried chicken sandwiches. Ate inside and they were pretty quick for how busy it was. I misspoke the order which was my bad, but they still made me the one I wanted anyways. Great service would come here again.
Can't start my day without the Breakfast Jack. I've been going thru this drive through for 30 years. Best location in Gilroy.
They are usually out of chicken but service is always great food is hot and fresh

I SPENT ALMOST AN HOUR IN LINE. IT TOOK THEM LIKE 10 MINUTES TO GET THE FOOD. AND THEY STILL MESSED UP THE ORDER. HOW DO U MESS THAT UP
