I don't like in and out, so let's get that out of the way. Don't hate it, but their burgers and especially fries aren't what I like. Recently I was taking a trip with a friend in their Tesla, and there was a supercharger nearby so we were going to be in the area for about 30 minutes. Not much choice in food, so we figured we would get milkshakes as it was very hot and it would be a good way to kill time.Restaurant was busy, and isn't well set up for crowds. The staff was working hard and fairly good, but the amount of noise made communication difficult. They did get the shakes out quickly. We sat outside, which is a nice plus and there was shade which is really helpful given that Gilroy gets hot.The big downside was the actual shakes. Very heavy artificial strawberry flavor, lots of red dye, and crazy sweet. It turns out I don't like the shakes any more than the rest of the food.
OK, so I have never had so much trouble getting exactly what I ordered from Gilroy IN N OUT. I always order the same time. I carefully explain it to the person taking my order. I get a #1 protein style, NO SAUCE, NO CHEESE, NO TOMATO, NO ONION, JUST 2 PATTIES, WITH EXTRA, EXTRA PICKLES, AND EXTRA LETTUCE. And every time they mess it up. I normally wouldn't, but I am allergic to the items that I tell them not to put on my burger. Please teach your employees to listen better.
California iconic burgers.Gets busy.Usually faster if you park and come in than waiting in your car in the ridiculous drive through line.I've always found a seat inside , they also have a few outside tables.
What makes for a good fast food burger chain? Ease of access? The food? The speed of serving? The costs? Cleanliness?In-N-Out burger lives up to its reputation as being the one burger joint enjoyed by Gordon Ramsay. The drive through was easy to access albeit always crowded.. which is a given. The customer base even during off hours is also Long and during lunch expect to wait for ten other orders before yours. This isn't a bad thing however as they don't take long to serve their burgers, and while definitely a guilty pleasure it's delicious. You can't ask much more for a burger joint. At least the male toilet was cleaned well compared to most other chains I've been to. Admittedly, the standard isn't that high. That said, the female toilet had a bad smell to it according to a travel companion of mine.Still, I will say that you can't ask for anything more when going to a burger joint.
Nice have the In n Out Burger after shopping at Gilroy Premium Outlet. Enjoy our favorite fresh french fries and cheese burger.
It was great. I love animalstyle! But what I didn't like was the 50-60 minutes it took to get through the drive through. Went around 6, got home around 7. The drive there is 3-4 minutes. I knew what I was in for and we don't go very often anymore because of the wait.
I would of gave a better rating if I didn't have to wait in a line of cars smelling car carbon monoxide, you think as long as they been around they would make a double drive up or triple ,, no thiers an idea !!
The drive thru line was long (as usual). We got in line anyway. We ordered 5 cheese burgers with grilled onions and 5 animal fries. The burgers came back well prepped, but the animal fries were dry and not saucy.
The lines are very long especially drive through but I do like the protein Brothers
Always fun experience at In-N-Out. ❤️❤️
