I use drive thru sometimes the traffic to get to the drive thru cuz some people dont know how to take thier turn and that can make me change my mind to go to another drive thru. Food and price is ok but dont forget your coupon on 3 piece deal saves half your money
First time visiting a pollo loco in about 15 years, food was really good, good portions at a great price, Chicken was juicy and Mac & cheese was awesome as well. Customer service was very good.
This place is the worst they keep on forgetting peoples food in the drive way and this is the 10TH time this happend they don’t even say Sorry they are punks

Hadn't been the for a long time, food was very good, I have the quesadilla salad. Salsas and guacamole tastey. They were bussy, lot of folks picking up and dining in. Need to pay attention to cleaning the table. We did our own. Good price for the food. Took a some home for lunch at work.
I like the new plates very creative and you can use EBT don't have to walk hungry or something like that
The chicken is delicious! They were busy but not too long of a wait. The main issue was we didn't get near enough of the green salsa. We asked for more and received a few more but most of the containers were less than half full. For the price you pay it seems like they could do better. I personally need the salsa.
My far the worst PL I’ve ever been too!!! Service is horrible didn’t get any sauces even after asking for them. Asked for double chicken tostada this is def like half chicken bowl!! Believe me I love PL but this location def ain’t it!!
