Me and my wife like to order the hand made pan, sometimes it’s good and there’s times that it’s not as good, but this last time it was the nastiest!!! Who ever prepared my pizza prepared garbage,I got a soggy hand made pizza with extra sauce and a few strands of cheese ,my pizza didn’t taste fresh today ,and we were to tired to call and wait another hour,who ever is cooking the food is messing up pizzas , when we the customers order food we’re expecting quality , we inspect our food , don’t think we don’t take notice dominoes!!!get it together or you’ll lose loyal customers!
You charge 10 extra dollars for delivery and then expect the driver to be tipped?? SERIOUSLY?? give him the 10 and concentrate on getting the orders right instead of the extra charges you try to sneak in all the time! Last order NO extra sauce on pizza like ordered and paid for extra meat and cheese on Philly steak and barely got ANY meat. You keep charging more but giving less!! HORRIBLE COMPANY
Haven't been back to dominoes in a year and I probably won't for another year. They used to be one of my frequent pizza places. But it's just too expensive for what you get. I just ordered the same order I used to last year and the cost was 30 dollars more between the up cost on menu items, $1 more each item for delivery versus takeout, the taxes, and an additional 5.99 delivery fee not to mention a tip. It's just not worth it.I like to have my food delivered and I'm really over these pizza places upping the costs to their delivery customers. It's one thing to pay a delivery fee and a tip but now the menu items also cost more for delivery....c'mon! You make me feel like you hate your delivery customers. My order better be right and pipin hot at these prices plus delivered in a golden bag. Dominoes this is a horrible marketing strategy - guess I'll see if you get the message when I order again next year cuz I won't be back as long as you play this game. The worst thing is the poor driver is probably getting bad tips because of your greedy up costs when he/she is putting wear and tear plus gas in their vehicle to work for you. Shame!
The cashier also prepared my pizza, he didn't wear gloves. The pizza dough is stacked and just there, exposed, not covered in any way.This place is not clean, hygiene zero.
Order online for a car side pick up. The 2 minutes guarantee failed me every time. Food is good that's why going back
I think this place is great and I love the frequent buyer point system, but I have missed my "deadline" for points SO many times! I give it 4/5 stars as I think the point system should last longer! It irritates me that they would take them off so fast. It kind of makes me want to go to some place else rather than stay "loyal" as they are treating me with a loving loyal customer. Perhaps warn when points go away or increase by another month or at least allow one to hold onto some points!

The phone on the website doesn’t even work. I called over 15 times waiting for my order. This is so unprofessional. I waited for almost TWO HOURS. for my pizza and it never came. I will not be ordering from this location anymore. Don’t waste your time.
I only ordered from domino's because of the TV commercials saying ull get free items and I didn't get anything so definitely won't oder agin
One in Gilroy is open late, the one in Hollister closes earlier. Always a variety for any group, especially last minute, or spur of the momentnt
