Busy place. Good service!!It has changed through these years. Whenever we come, staff has always been nice. Today our server, AmeliaJ, was super! There was also like 3 cooks that were rushing to get the orders out, Thank you, food was great!! ??This is the only Denny’s we’ll come, and the one in Morgan Hill.
The food was awesome after ordering seemed like the food was waiting for us to order best steak omelet ever each bite had good size steak cooked way I love it medium rare...Coke's had nice clean taste so overall great place to sit down for early breakfast..Parking easy and eating booth are a step up so remember that when ya leave don't trip ....So have fun driving down the west ward road.. ...Happy trails folks...Until next time take care of u
Worst service I've ever experienced in my life. Took the waitress 20 minutes to come to hour table. The table next to us sat down 5 minutes after us. Very rudely she said" who was first you or you?" They pointed to us, she took our order, she then told the other table she would come back to take their order. She did not come back to take their order for another 20 minutes. By this point she hadn't brought us our drinks. When I ask her, she said " oh, I forgot". At this point I could tell that we would get our food cold so we got up and left. Even the other table ended up leaving after us.
Food is just horrendous. Sausage was cold, English muffin under toasted, bacon was bland, eggs were underwhelming. Even the lemonade is very sour. Absolutely nothing good about this place.
Waisted an hour of my time in the morning waiting to get seated. They wrote down my name for party of three and I was only party of one. When they called me they asked, three? I said no, one. They kept calling out for my name for three. Because the staff doesn't speak English I couldn't communicate the error to them. They actually scratched my name off the list when they couldn't get party of three with my name. Had to just leave without getting served. Would give zero star's if possible.
Came spontaneously with my group, and kody and Athena were very kind and helpful with everything. Made sure we were taken care of from start to finish. Will definitely be coming back!
The server who greeted us was great. She was smiling, loud (bold), friendly, funny (comedian), witty, inviting, etc...I had to go to the little girls room so I told my husband that I would find him. After all, I thought to myself, it's Dennys and there's only so many booths/tables present. She was quick to tell my husband, "Don't worry, I'll find a place where she won't be able to find you". We both laughed. Sadly, we were coming in and she was getting off.The server we were left with was also good but polar opposite of the initial server - way more quite and a lot more reserved. Nonetheless, we left full and satisfied ?.
Went to have dinner here tonight. When we arrived there was one family already waiting. I waited for about 5 minutes before I was asked to put my name on the waiting list. I asked how long the wait was and the manager seemed very flustered and told me she did not know. After I put my name down we waited approximately 15 min and I looked to see how many tables were in use. There were 5 tables being used in one section only.there were 2 servers, 2 cooks, and the manager. Several other families came and experienced the same thing. My 2 toddlers were getting restless so I went back to ask if they could guess at the length of time. The manager looked extremely annoyed that I asked. The waitress chimed in andsaid maybe 30 to 45 minutes because they were short staffed. We chose to leave. As we were leaving, we noticed that 3 other families that came after us were also leaving as well. They all looked visibly upset about their own experiences. This was my first time going to this location, and I am not sure if I will go back to give them another chance seeing how the manager could care less.that people were upset. It makes me wonder if the rest of the staff and managers feel the same about their customers.
Visited gilroy store...no mask were worn by staff and the same person that had just cleaned the toilet was cooking my food... eggs were cold hash browns were not done on the inside coffee was weak..after paying for my family other people coming in were told they had no cook until 7am! So I really wonder who was cooking our food smh the day before thanksgiving.....
