I drive in to town for chipotle and 7 out of 8 times they have a sign that says online order pickup only. That one time where i was actually able to get chipotle and not have my time and miles wasted was great but even though stores have been opened up for months now this particular chipotle seems to decide randomely when it will be open and when it will be closed. And I dont have room on my phone for their bs ap. So you can expect to have many hours of your life wasted if you are a wannabe walk in customer. I dont really see why some days is business as usual and others they turn you away to go order outside on your phone. This is about my 12th time driving to chipotle and being turned away. I guess im done with the franchise.
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! DONT GO HERE. A BUNCH OF IMMATURE KIDS!! The place was disgusting and this kid kept throwing stuff at his coworker as he was serving us and a ball of foil he was throwing fell into a batch of salsa. We didn’t even eat here we literally left after that. Do not waste your time. I was appalled at the conditions and behavior seen at this chipotle.
I asked for a double wrap burrito and usually it comes badly wrapped but this man wrapped it like it was his own. ?
This location doesn't measure out the same as any other location I have been to. Def seem to be saving money by making portion sizes smaller.
Fast , and quick. Great service and the three workers alll seemed on same page working together. I paid with card and unfortunately was not able to leave tip. I’ll have to remember to bring cash next visit. The lady at register didn’t make me feel like I had to like most other places.
Employees need to be trained here to be more polite with customers, we reached there 20 mins before closing and no veggies, corn, lettuce etc but the behaviors from staff was very rude.
There customer service was terrible rice uncooked chicken Burnt the prepping table and the store was absolutely disgusting I had a stomach ache in the morning I’m surprised they still have there license
The burrito fit in the palm of my hand. I have small hands. I left Chipotle hungry. Go next door. Habit burger will take care of you. If you are hungry, Habit burger. If you want a snack Chipotle.
There is nothing bad I can say about this place. The customer service was superbly. The food was excellenct. And the drinks were honestly the best I've ever had. Yesterday I had came in with a few friends. I was having a hard time communicating so a friend ordered for me. I decided to order a burrito which she repeated. The employee, with his hat on, his pink mask, and his nose drooping right on top of his mask immediately asked what beans I wanted. My friend asked me and I replied to her. He put the beans on a platform and asked what type of tortilla I wanted which he communicated to her which came back to me to answer. We went back and forward. He kept asking what I wanted on the burrito. Which my friend then asked me. Then which I told her. You could tell of the skills that one employee had, from the way he communicated, the way he prepared the food, to even the tone in his voice he acted as if he was a professional his entire lifetime. Not to mention the three other employees there. They continusly worked as if they had not a second to waste. They had clear indications of what they were going to do next, and only finished their task when it was exaclty how it was supposed to be. They seemed calm, how they went on, and continued to perform precisely. How I watched this process unfold was amazing to me. It played out like a movie. Towards the end of the order I couldn't believe how anything like that could have happened. This mere review can not do honest justice to the skill of the employee that helped us, and the employees around him. The food was absolutely delicious, and the drinks were the best I've ever had. The customer service was beyond terrific, and words, no matter how many appear in my mind to accurately describe this, its not possible to define. It was absolutely, and completely exceedingly exceptionally. The employee with his pink mask was beyond helpful, a clear and a precise chief. Truly an amazing communicator. Between him, my friend, and me it was like clear talent being presented in front of us. Seems like a simple story, but truly from the way the communication went, the skillful preparation of the food, to the complete efficiency of it, it was extraordinary to me.
If you’re planning on placing an online order for pick-up I wouldn’t suggest. I’ve done it twice and my order was never ready, I’ll walk out with my order 20 minutes later. 2 people came in waiting for their online order to be done as well.
