Waited 25 minutes at a table and never got served. Manager passed by me 3 times and never asked if I wanted a drink, he is reason why service sucks at gilroy wild wings. They make money because it's the only sports bar in town and not because it's a quality place. We are all waiting for another place to open up. Very bad management.

Drinks were good. Service was not. I had to flag waitress several times for service. My 6 boneless wings were very dry. If I want a few drinks I'll go back but not for the food. There are better places in Gilroy to eat.
Came here Saturday night with some family and it was really busy. Our waiter was amazing at helping us. The food was really good.Only thing is we were told to use our phone’s to look at the menu when we would of rather used to regular menus and not our phones. Also you can pay your bill through your phone.
Went into restaurant with my wife and 3 month old. No host at stand when we walked in. After 1 minute a bland girl asked for how many and then said wait. After nearly 5 minutes my family walked out without service. Even for these crazy times this is pathetic.
Enjoy watching Superbowl 56 here. The food was good our server was on it. Any an everything we wanted. Very friendly made sure he check up on us offten.
Been there 2 times bad service. She was no help ordering, in fact kinda lame, brings us wings and no napkins for a long time. Then drinks etc. Not good. We almost walked out after sitting for awhile when we got there. Also way over priced.
Got sick and had huge food allergy with coughing hard to breath and itchy all over. And food didn't taste that great and way over priced.
I've never been turned away an hour before close. It's really nice to know the bar can be full of people buying alcohol right now but you won't let a family buy a meal. We just had a death in the family and tried to do something we enjoy by going out to eat after a hard day. We really got told no while we watched a bar full of people having a blast. They wouldn't even let's us get takeout. That's terrible customer service. We're bummed ?
Terrible waiter took forever and my wings came out spicy! Terrible service and they should add more clarification that 'Desert Heat' is spicy and not mild and decadent. Unacceptable for a shlimy jit like me
