This was the first (and last) time I visited this Baskin Robins. I went to grab my kids a scoop of ice cream and decided on 2 creature creations. I was helped by an older Asian man who was handling some bananas and walking to the back. After putting the bananas down, I noticed he did not wash his hands and was not wearing plastic gloves. As he was making my order I noticed him reach into a small refrigerator to pull out the chocolate “shark fin” and “Turtle shell” placing one in each cup. I said I hope your hands are clean since you just touch that food. He proceeded to look at me in a rude way, turned around to retrieve one glove then replaced the fin and shell with the gloved hand. He then said and I quote “ this should make you happy”. I think it is time the health inspector pays them a visit! They don’t even deserve 1 star!
First I got a sundae and they didn't put any nuts out hot fudge. When I returned, they were annoyed and gave me half a story of hot fudge.
The lady behind the counter was very friendly nice! Awesome service!
I have been trying to order a cake for days and website keeps giving me error messages so I decide to call and the owner was sooooo rude. If I were able to give a ZERO I would by the way he talked to me. He refused want to take my order, and said it was ok for me to take my business somewhere else. Really? Why be open if u don’t want customers. Learn customer services first before owning a business!
RUDE OWNERS.DO NOT GO GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS GO SOME WHERE ELSE.These people do not deserve your business and neither do they want it. I was there shopping for a cake with my son, and the man (asian older man) and he kept giving me a hard time for no reason, none at all. He must not be suffering during these hard times because he opened the door and like wanted us to leave. He kept giving us dirty looks and making us feel uncomfortable. Unbelievable! We went to safeway instead but I really wanted to be able to support smaller owned business but that this one and never again.
