Ordered Chicken sandwich and wife got Chinese crispy chicken salad. Not good. Chicken was like rubber. Like it was frozen then microwaved a few times. Went to habit burger a few days later and they had a great Chicken sandwich. Probably won't be going back. It seems like the place is a little worn out. The service was good.. but meh on the food.
Decent food.Update 2/5/22: Went to get lunch at this Applebee's after a morning of shopping. This Applebee's is always clean and the employees treat their customers well. We started off with the Brew Pub Prezels and Beer Cheese Dip. These were good though a bit over-salted. My main lunch item was the Classic Cheeseburger with Fries while my wife had the Bourbon Street Chicken & Shrimp. Both of our meals were cooked well and tasty.
The food was very good, fair amount for the price, enjoyed the service and the waiters and waitresses and everyone working their. Good sense of humor and very friendly and welcoming, restaurant is clean restrooms are well-stocked and again the food was very good.
To long to seat, hair in my pasta, and when they bring me a new one it’s time to return work, and I’m ask for a regular box for to go, and the owner- manager tell me it’s only for Doordash costumers, and argue whit me for one box.He locked in his mind when true to explain doesn’t fit in one small box. His excuse was the pandemic struggles.Excuses and more es uses for bad services
All facts, went on a Friday night around 9pm. The bar table was sticky with 2 long stands of hair stuck to it.My wife ordered a margarita but and it came with no salt in the rim so she had to ask for it. It was hard to eat with the an annoying gnat flying near our plates. We ordered chicken wings and the new fried cheese curds, the cheese curds sauce was good but the curds tasted the cook didn’t let the oil drain before plating.I will think twice about returning and will consider going somewhere else. Food poisoning vibes.
So this place was great when we walked in and were told 20 to 25 min wait that had us seated in 5 min. The waitress great. The manager helpful. The food....nope. The prices that matched the lousy food ridiculous. I wish I would of thought to take pictures. Two plates had to be sent back. And my coleslaw was sour along with the dbl crunch shrimp that were very fishy. The medium rare that was ordered and given the very well done ugh . The garlic mashed potatoes on the steak plate were delicious tho. And the topper wad the 5 cheese Mac n cheese with chicken strips...ok OK this dish was presented with a regular noodle that looked as if the water it boiled in also came on the plate...5 cheese? Um let's just say whatever powder cheese they mixed with the water to get that 5 cheese taste was no where to be found. Chicken strip were glazed with chunks of bacon to add to this...I can not say this enough...the Two flavors were never meant to be put together. Really disappointed!
It's agood resterant has good fod and such its just not the best resterent.
Could use better customer service. Waiter didn't advise us that they ran out of straws until after they served us our drinks and charged us.
well what can I say James is amazing bartender, kind, happy, helpful and so cheerful. He makes the most amazing ice cream mudslides.James is worth his weight in gold to Applebees.we always sit at the bar and makes us feel welcome. So sad about Randy , he doesn't treat his staff well!He shouldn't tell his staff off in front of customers.we have observed this first hand.
Applebee's celebrated Military and Veterans today, with a free meal! A nice way to honor them. Gilroy, CA, location had a display (table set for one) to honor POW/MIA. Sorry I didn't take a photo. My husband, a veteran, says thank you.
