I drove by and order me a root beer float. There was no ice cream on it. Soago. I went back and let the manager know, she didn't care, she had a negative attitude yet she did exchange the soda and give a new root beer float yetttttt!!!!!! Still not ice cream on the root beer float. The nasty root beer float ever all they give is like3 tead spoons ? of ice cream on a large cup full of soda.. Don't waste your money here. Customer service none, very unprofessional starting with the manager that's on duties right now since I drove by 39 minutes ago.
Decent service, but hamburger patties were heavily over salted.
The guy at the window with long hair was super polite and food was on time really fast. I order 2 lunch combos thought it was going to be a while but no right as soon I reach the window maybe a minute wait and I got my food. Good food definably eating here again.

KFC ? chicken sandwich good but not piping hot! The chicken little was microscopic....
Horrible experience, my 7yo was excited try this place. We waited in line for ten minutes when the cashier walked away and another employee stated "From here on we are only taking mobile orders". There were three customers in line. Outrageous and rediculous, especially as we could hear them telling the same to drive thru orders (surprised they even told them). Long story short, we went to Carl's Jr next door and even though they had 4 less staff on hand our order was taken professionally, politely, and accurately. We don't do fast food often, but you let down a child who only wanted an ice cream -OR- a root beer float. Children remember these moments and will make choices based on those memories.
Love to stop here for a refreshing root beer float treat after a physically challenging day. We dont often have fast food so when we do we like the A&W.
It's been over 4 years since I've been to an A&W. I was so excited to see it. We walked from the truck stop and were chased out of the lobby, told to use the drive thru b/c the lobby is closed (we weren't the only ones). So we walked around the building to the drive-thru. I tried to order & was told they aren't selling hamburgers today. What a waste of time! We ate next door at Carl's Jr.
