I come to this winstop fairly frequently, and as of lately its been a huge hit or miss. I went yesterday on my lunch hour, and I ordered a 10 piece special and halfway through my meal I noticed that there were still feathers on the joints, plus some of the wings were extremely greasy. The fries were very greasy as well and they were not hot ( I got there within the time it said online my order would be ready).
They cancel orders for no reason and they look down on customers and their experience. This specific location has negative employees both in store and online. They are unexprience with customer service and are faulty with food delivery. I recommend staying out of this location.
I wouldn’t give them any stars,no customer service at all,rude employees what else is new now in days…
My dad always send me here when he need his lemon pepper fix. This location is all good, small bit spacious in a sense. All the employees that I’ve dealt with at this location seem cool like they actually wanna be doing their job. Keep up the good work!
Crispy Lemon Pepper, Parmesan Garlic Fries Baby! With Ranch!!They get the order correct, little to no drama, I mean we all human but I haven’t run into any weirdo employees here. They all have level minded heads and will you just look at those fries…? (exactly how I asked)
It's usually a good location to go to, but the last few times I went the wings were rubbery and the fries were undercooked, when it first happened I thought maybe they were training someone new, then I went back a couple months later and it happened again
When I arrived to pick up my order there were at least 4 girls just talking and playing like high school kids as if a customer was not waiting. After several minutes one of them came over to assist me. I asked why did I have to wait for service and she shrugged me off saying they were busy. She immediately had an attitude as if to say, "how dare you question me?" I asked for a manager and she said "the manager is busy". However the manager was directly behind her cleaning what appeared to be a calendar. The manager came over and I explained to her I waited several minutes to be assisted, while the staff was just standing around. She cut me off saying she apologizes and it will not happen again. It was definitely a canned response. The manager clearly does not care about customer service so obviously the team she "leads" will not either!!

Good food customer service was a little off this time but the food made up for it
Order was late about an hour. Once I got home wrong order was given. Bad service bad management.
