Very slow service. Waited over 30 minutes for my food. Only 3 people working which I understand short staff everywhere but during lunch hour to be that understaff? That’s all my lunch gone. Never coming here againIt also got me really upset that she jumped from order 37 to 42. 5 people were here before others waited an additional 15-20 min so they can serve others first ? When I told the manager she said ohhh I’m sorry I put orders away thought you already got your food.
The restaurant was clean and the staff was polite. The food took a minute to be cooked but I was happy to know that it was made to order. Food was delicious ?
I guess I would say kind of overpriced might as well stick with the Malls
I continue to have issues with this location. Last time they forgot to include the soft drinks . When I called to inform them they responded with come in and get them. This time I requested 8 packets of WaBa sauce and received none . The sauce is the reason I order WaBa Grill to begin with . My wife is not happy.

I haven't visited in almost a year. They changed a bit. Food was delicious but I miss the magic sauce. Love they have rewards now. Not sure if it's covid related or not but you can't get your own sauce when I went.
Good food just a longer wait than usual due to new owners.
