Food is amazing. The flavor of their Crab Shack Style sauce is delicious. Staff is friendly. Only reason I'm giving 4 STARS instead of 5 is because their in-dining service lacks structure. Their system for taking orders and bringing out drinks is backwards. Our drinks sat on a counter top after they were made for about 15 min so my beer sweat and wasn't cold anymore and my girlfriends soda was watered down by the time we got them.

Went here for dinner because we were craving boiling crab. This was a good substitute for it, but not exactly the same, the shrimps were good because they weren’t soggy but they seemed like they weren’t soaked in the sauce long enough so the shrimp didn’t absorb the sauce. We got a pound of shrimp, the small order of sausage and the garlic fries. I think the fries at boiling crab are more flavorful but I like how they give limes and pepper without you asking for it. One other thing that I didn’t really like was the seating. The seats are way too close to each other, especially with covid… feels pretty unsafe.

Food was good, staff was great very attentive. Only downsize is the most basic of beers are not available. An having to buy everything al la carte is a little pricey

Not sure about the other reviews, but I've always received good service since I started patronizing The Crab Shack 4-5 years ago. On my most recent visit, we were seated quickly and the food came in a timely manner. The staff was also very attentive and met all of our needs. Now onto the food, it is very reasonably priced even when it fluctuates based on "market price". The taste is very flavorful and the spiciness is just good enough to enjoy where you're not sweating bullets. Their shrimps tend to be above average size and tastes very sweet. FYI: 1 pound of shrimp is about 20 shrimps. Make sure you add corn & sausages!Plenty of free parking in the plaza (can get busy sometimes). Minus one star because this isn't the best cajun style seafood place I've had and the shrimps aren't always the freshest (you can tell by how easily the shell is to peel). When ordering fries + beer + shrimp, expect to pay $40-45 per person. Highly recommend and I will be returning!

Went there for a friend's birthday and The prices have gone up a lot but let's start off with ordering ordering. My friend wanted hot water and lemon they had no hot water. I ordered a unsweetened tea which didn't taste too much like anything. They didn't have any sweetener so I just end up ordering a Diet Coke. I ordered a pound of garlic butter shrimp and snow crab with 3 corns & potatoes with the mild spice on the side. My friend ordered 1 of the combos 1pound of snow cab and 2 pounds if shrimp and that comes with 2 corns, potatoes and sausage. The food was delicious they don't do anything special if it's your birthday but it's cool. Our waitress was very nice and pleasant.

The Original Crab shack Flavor (sauce) is what will bring me back eventually but can someone help me understand why it took them 15min to bring my table the drink and water? On another note 2 parties where served before us (party of 2 & party of 6) even after they were seated long after us (2) we didn't ask for anything out of this world. Services just weren't there and that is very important to ME, specially for the price paying. Like how does a party of 6 get served before a party of 2 that was seated 30min prior? ? anywhom probably won't be ordering the calamari next time either it was salty, tartar sauce had a small too bitter sour after taste as if it was on edge of being spoiled, on the last unpleasant note the sausage skin was not chewable literally like plastic & I had to remove out of my mouth because I couldn't break it apart to allow it in to my stomach. I found about 3 over cooked shrimp in my order and will continue to wonder how that can happen, my company had the same question. On the bright note, Because their sauce recipe is very tasty I didn't rate them a 3 as I feel this visit called for. I will return and hope that I can update them to a 5 but if the same or other issues arise I will change down to a 3. I will for now give them the benefit of the doubt. ?Ps. Follow me on other platforms & see what I am up to. @ Vero_Chil ⏳?⌛

The food was really good, oysters were incredibly fresh and all the seafood was good. They did not have the combo with King crab in it so we had to buy that separately which really bumped up the price. The crawfish was my favorite in the bag. Customer service could have been a little better, they were busy so I understand but a couple of the waitresses did not look happy to be there at all and two of them were arguing the whole time.

gr8 food and service don't try to dress cute unless you know how to eat pretty don't think that will happen

The place had a nice ambience. The music was fun. Now the host wasn't as nice or fun. She seemed bothered for whatever reason. The food wasn't anything special. We ordered a pound of shrimp and the juice/ sauce was so watery that it didn't have any flavor. We ordered a side of fries that we got super late because the server forgot to bring them. I went home and about an hour later I had bad stomach cramps and then got the runs. We spent about $60 which was too much for the quality of the food. I will definitely not be going back to this restaurant.

Got head on shrimp, mild. Medium sauce on the side was a great recommendation from the waitress.First pound was delicious! We decided we could eat more and ordered a second pound and the shrimp was clearly frozen, not fresh. The meat was grainy/mushy and falling apart. It was really disappointing.Another negative was that I had a really bad stomach ache/bloating for a few days afterwardsThat's never happened to me before with shrimp boil :(
