This location in particular is terrible. The 2/3 times that I have ordered from here the food wasn't cooked. They made my food in like 6 minutes. The corn is hard, potatoes are still firm not tender and the roux is kinda thick. The first time I ordered takeout I just ? maybe the kitchen rushed my food since I ordered 30 minutes before closing. The second time I ordered it was 6pm and it was better but the corn was still damn near raw. Tonight I ordered at 8pm (an hour before closing) and it all definitely should have been cooked longer. I know shrimp doesn't take long to cook at all, but potatoes and corn do take time! There is a difference between Cooked food and Hot food temperature.

I tried the garlic shrimp but it was disgusting, they were too salty and they only said that that's the way they are supposed to be, nah

the Crab Legs are good and yhe streamed rice with the "sauce on it", Delicious

Food is good! But to get them to pick up the phone orders is a mission.

This the place to be for a sea food restaurant. The waitress was super nice and the food came out in about 10 minutes and it was piping hot ???

the service was great.. staff very professional and nice.. BATHROOMS WERE FILTHY NO TISSUE

food ALWAYS. good staff very nice. luv. this place

I'm Loving It ? Just like McDonald's!!???2 Thumbs Up ???? Great Job Keep It Up ?? I enjoyed your Mild Shrimps!! They were Good & Fresh And So Clean Clean!!???????????

This place left a lot more to be desired. The food was bland and expensive for what you get. If you truly love seafood boils, Hot N Juicy crawfish in Weho is a go to.The Crab Shack does taste very fresh but I couldn't finish it because of the oily taste of the sauce they use. They don't even use fresh garlic in it.

My place to go for seafood boil ?Always hot and fresh along with friendly attentive staff
