Decided to try out a local sushi restaurant based on the great reviews I saw here and elsewhere. We ordered sushi combos along with the sexy roll for takeout.The miso soup and the salad that came in the combo were fine - didn't stand out for better or worse - but that was the best part of the meal. The sushi was nearly inedible. The fish had an older, chewy texture to it and the rice had no flavor. The sexy roll didn't look anything like the picture. I did try a piece of it and had a hard time swallowing it. After we tried to brave through it, half the meal ended up in the trash.The sushi at Sushi Yoko is severely disappointing, especially for the price. The large sushi combo is not much cheaper than a "Trust Me" meal at Sugarfish, but the quality is orders of magnitude worse. Perhaps their cooked food is better, but I won't be going there again to find out.
Went for mid week late lunch and was lucky to get some seats at the sashimi bar. The Otoro tuna was the highlight - one of the best I've had outside of Japan. The eel was amazing. The range of options was quite large. The service was friendly and efficient. Overall, the food was outstanding. Will definitely come back again when I'm in town.
Excellent food and reasonably priced. The staff is incredibly friendly, was given a free tempura roll as well which was also amazing. If I lived in the area I would likely visit every week

Came here after spending a day at the beach. The rolls are delicious and for the portion, the price is pretty reasonable. I got the Playboy Roll for myself but I also shared the scallop roll and crawfish one too. We also had a side of the spicy garlic edamame.Overall a meal for three people (4 rolls and an appetizer) it was under $70. Will definitely come back.
Highly recommend the sushi here, we ask sushi chef to make his freshest selection for the day and it never disappoints.Owner is so welcoming and he really cares for his customers. Can't beat the service!
The food is good, but the attitude of the boy working up front makes the food not worth it. I ordered a vegetable roll and a salmon tempura roll. He told me 15-20 minutes. 40 minutes later, when I complain, he tells me they are busy. There were about 7 people at 3 tables and only one to go order in front of me. They don't care about their customers at all. And, honestly the food is just decent with small portions. I wouldn't waste my money or time on this place again.

This conveniently located sushi restaurant has a great menu with a variety of cut rolls, hand rolls, sashimi, and more. We love their Spicy Tuna hand rolls, Eel Dragon Roll, and tempura. The staff is really friendly and they cater to Western visitors with their sports flat screen. Open on Christmas Eve!!!
