This place is a gem. We had a strawberry shortcake smoothie & a Taro smoothie w 0 sugar. To my surprise the taro one was really good. Usually boba without sugar at other places tastes like watered down and leaves me unsatisfied. I liked that Happy Lemon’s smoothie was still full of flavor w/o sugar.My absolute fav milk brioche is available at this bakery, it’s always sold out at 85 degrees. Yay!I had to deduct a star because the employees dont acknowledge a customer at the check-out right away. I personally experienced and saw this happen to a couple other customers there - The employees would walk across the check-out area and failed to acknowledge customers waiting on the other side of the plexi glass.All in all still a great little bakery, I highly recommend it.

Drink chain with cheese foam options and dessert. Came here with a friend around 7 on a Wednesday night and there were still a fair amount of people coming in and out. There’s a large parking lot for the complex so parking is easy. Credit cards are accepted. They have a stamp card loyalty program as well. Outdoor seating only (no indoor tables available).You can get yesterday’s bread at buy two, get one free. They’re doing a promo where you can get a cream puff for $1 or boba cream puff for $1.50 along with a drink purchase. My go-to is the jasmine green tea cheese foam - the tea is refreshing and the cheese foam is salty and thick (it surprisingly goes quite well with green tea). The chocolate bubble waffle was okay, I’d steer you mainly towards the drinks. The green tea croissant was decent. After you pay, you’re given a number that they call when your order is ready (it was around 5-10 min to get our stuff).
Loved this place back when it was just Happy Lemon, now that they've expanded to SunMerry Bakery Cafe I love it even more! As another review stated, pastries can be compared to 85°C Bakery Cafe. When it comes to drinks however, SunMerry is way better! They have many creative and tasty unique drinks. Their salted cheese is delicious and creamy. Their pastries are so so yummy. The waffles are a must try!Staff has been nice every time + COVID-19 precautions are in place! No indoor seating as of May 2021.I have no complaints. Definitely try this place out! (:
