I would definitely give this location ZERO stars but that wasn’t an option! Worst location! Rude staff! Poor management!
They never have anything! I realize that customs are slow right now due to shortages. However even before shortages. They always have been super slow. Long lines. They haven’t had any Starbucks straws for months now. And when they do they only have the short ones. They are out of Matcha they’re out of vanilla they’re out of caramel. Every time I want to order they’re out of something. I think it’s poor management personally. They do have a nice staff that’s all I can say for them. But they need to get it together over at Rosecrans. I go down the street to Torrance and they have everything so the shortage can only be in Gardena !!!.
Went for a couple of Medicine Ball teas but they were all out of the tea bags needed. Opted for a Caramel Macchiato instead! ??♀️
Always out of stock on so many items, bakery, hot teas and so on, waiting in long line for nothing
Details on the Starbucks app for this location says it’s an in-store location …. it’s not. There’s just a drive-thru and window to walk up and place orders.
This Starbucks is always so quick and efficient. And everyone is always so nice

Make sure you let them know if you dont want coffee in your drink otherwise it gets added
