Food is great. No complaint. This restaurant charge tips straight to my bill without my consent and not telling me.Check your bills carefully.I didn't expect to have this done to me in a Japanese restaurant.Haizzz!
First and foremost, amazing customer service. Really made our first time here feel so comfortable. Everyone was super attentive and helpful. We loved that it wasnt a big place, that made the experience very personal.Very good selection of items, not too much to overwhelm you and you could realistically try almost everything in one trip. The meat quality was great and best of all the soup served as a great base! Season the soups to your liking, we personally love that the broth was not too overseasoned, we can really make it our own but the base is very very solid. We went with the pork bone broth and the spicy miso, complimented each other very well. Definitely give the diablo flavor drop a try, a little bit goes a long way, the right way. Personal favorite cut of meat was definitely the beef belly. Thank you again to the servers who really made this place an awesome find.
We had been looking for a new shabu shabu placed after our go to spot closed during the pandemic. So happy we cam here. First of all the service is fantastic! Kody started us off and took so much time going through the ordering process and was so patient with all our questions. The food was great and just what we were looking for. The great service made it a no brainer that we'll be back!
Absolutely delicious. Great service. Highly recommend!
Great ayce shabu shabu option. Protein choices are a bit limited: beef, beef belly, pork, pork belly, and shrimp. Wagyu beef available with added cost. Although protein choices are not extensive, but what they have are pretty good quality and definitely not a big step down just because it's ayce.My favorite soup based is sukiyaki, the slight sweetness highlights flavors of both meat and veggies.
Gotta add seasoning, it’s delicious take on create your own adventure food!
The flavors get better the more spices you manually add. The meats are extremely fatty and not worth the price. The employees were helpful and nice.
Oishi!!!Can you guys open in Orange County like Irvine? The other shin sen gumi there is not shabu shabu.
Awesome shabu shabu selection!
They just reopen. It's a all you can eat now! Good like always:)
