Take out sushi of the highest quality. They have been in Gardena for eons and are known for their Nori and Inari rolls. Their Saba is also REALLY good. I suggest the mixed sushi box. Really good for small gatherings or a light picnic snack.They are takeout only! Right next to Spoon House

Always fresh and tasty. They pack so well too! My personal fave is their battera and futomaki. Phone order ahead though cuz they often run out towards the end of the day.

Love this place so so much!! I've been eating Sakae Sushi as long as I could eat solid food and its nostalgic to me and consistently fantastic. My mom has been a customer since she was in middle school in the 70s and says it hasn't changed since she started eating there :)
Friend mentioned this place and it immediately became one of our favorite lunch spots. Epitome of a place that has a strength and sticks to it. The sushi is consistently fresh and delicious. Cash only and takeout only, but calling in/parking is easy. The packaging and presentation is the cherry on top!

I drive from OC to Gardena to buy my rolls and ebi. Even the best sushi ? restaurants here in OC are not to the level of Sekae....
I absolutely love this mom and pop shop. The sushi rice is amazing and it reminds me of my childhood.
