Ramonas makes some of the best frozen burritos that taste almost home made. However, their Chile relleno burrito became garbage. Like all the comments say, they're filled with only drried up battered eggs. I sent them a massage to let them know about this issued but they never responded, I only got a generic automated response. I returned the box back to where I bought them and I got my money back, never to buy these Chile relleno burritos until they fix this aberration.
I visited this place for the first time a couple weeks ago and then again the day before Mother's Day. OMG the food is amazing. Best Burrito ? I ever had (green chile chicken burrito!).Tacos are good too. I will be a regular customer now ?
The shredded chicken burrito was really good. It was very simple and even quite expensive for the portion but good. They don't have any restrooms and straws which was a bit odd given it's a large place and how busy they get.
I have visited Ramona's since my dad brought me as a kid in the 60's. I think the establishment may be trying to do too much and the quality is suffering! They omitted the tomato from my taco. I ordered a red chile burrito and I was told that because I did not want rice, it was filled with beans! Essentially no red chile, little cheese that I paid extra for. I had it remade yet it wasn't much better.Ramona's would do this a few years back and took a lot of heat in the community for their rationalization. They went up on their prices (nearly double) but they put together good burritos, so I felt that that was fine as I'd rather have a well prepared product. Now we are back to the excuses. So I didn't bring a supply back to Vegas as I normally do. My local family has long given up on Ramona's. I wrote corporate but so far, no feedback. I hope they do better as I would hate to see it become just an average place to visit.
Had to ask for extra sauce totally willing to pay and did. I wanted a wet burrito not a dry burrito sitting on some salsa. Ramonas in Gardena soooooo good worth the drive. When I saw Ramonas so close to home I was excited. Not the same. I waited in line behind a family to get my additional salsa asked nicely, yes maybe obvious disappointment was showing. Still not a good reason for the ladies preparing and the cashier to rudely discuss my situation in spanish. I'm fluent in spanish. Yes I understood all they said. They are lucky my daughter was with me!
It use to be good. Now that your prices went up and your meat portions went down. The burritos aren't as good as bedore.. Add some more meat. If I want a bean burrito I'll go to taco bell. So much for good authentic Mexican food. Back in the days I would drive miles to eat your products. Now I won't even drive a block. Better off being them frozen.
Went to Ramona’s for the first time in a while. I got 2 enchiladas plates with Shredded beef. The enchiladas had no meat in it that I could see and the whole meal had no taste, no seasoning, no nothing! After spending $29 I was totally disappointed and will never go back. Buyers beware this place is not the same!!!!!
Delicioso!!! I relocated from Cali to Mississippi almost 3 years ago, so when ever I come back home I make an earnest effort to hit Ramona's. Their food is NEVER a disappointment. I highly recommend the red meat burrito with rice, beans and extra (double) cheese. The tacos and taquitos won't disappoint either!
Best authentic Mexican Food. Quality is their base❤️
