Vermicelli bowl and the pho were both delicious. Vegetables were fresh. The service was also great. Would definitely return!

The broth had a stinking smell which I hadn’t had since 10 yrs ago in a Korean restaurant. If the stinking scale was like 80% in the K restaurant, this pho was like 30% ish. The former, I literally suffered to drink the broth, while the latter I was ok, but still not enjoyable.I was thinking maybe some ppl would enjoy it instead? Like the stinking tofu we have in Taiwan.(I have tried about 10 V restaurants around this area by the way)

I love those place. Today I ordered the large pho with rare beef. The portion size is a great value. You can get two meals out of the large size bowl. You are given plenty of fresh raw veggies, sauce, and broth. Pho Hong Long has one of the most flavorful broths I had in the South Bay. I highly recommend this place.?
