$18 for the oxtail. If it was well done and tender then it's worth it.... unfortunately my bowl had 3 hard to chew pieces which probably would be perfect had it been stewed another 2 more hours then it would fall off the bone. So yeah I'm bummed

This restaurant charge you before eats like McDonald's fast food . You to be seat and been welcome to invite you to order at the table but they want you order in the entrance is not feel like you are welcome and if you want to order something us theybwant to charge you at the table. Smart way is charge the customer at the end .
I ordered the pho combo to go.Food is so so average. Kinda on the salty side.Price is on the high side for pho.Service was lackluster.However, I loved how the container separated soup and noodles, meat, veggies were all seperated!The container is the reason why I gave it 4 stars.If not for it... it would've been a 3 stars.
Stumbled upon this place, as our fav place was closed today! Pho Ever did not disappoint, the sausage spring rolls were off the charts amazing, as was the Pho! I will be back!!!! Love the decor and staff were very friendly and courteous!!!!
The oxtail parts in my pho were tough and chewy. They were so hard to bite or cut into. I tried having the kitchen change the oxtail parts I received in my pho to softer, more palatable ones. But the kitchen said that’s how they’ve always cooked oxtail. I don’t think so as I’ve had a taste of their oxtail pho before. Manager wouldn’t even come out to pacify the matter. What a disappointment.
Drove from far distance to eat here arrived around 7:45pm closing time says 8:15pm. We were told we could not be served and to come back next day at 11:30. Great food normally but won’t be back. Change your closing hours to 7:45pm. Half an hour before closing we should be able to get food. I would never show up 10 mins before and would understand if told can’t be served. Not acceptable 30 minutes before.
Read some other reviews in regards to the closing times. Showed up around 7:15, ordered pho, which was good, but light on noodles. At 7:52 pm, we asked for additional noodles. We were told we couldn’t have any because the kitchen was closed. Then we were given multiple excuses by the staff about why we couldn’t get a small side of extra noodles. I understand coming in late like the other reviews on here, but we were already sedated and served and only asked for a side. Oh yeah and my wife is totes pregnant. Guess that place is a one hit wonder for us. I won’t be returning. UPDATE THE INTERNET PEOPLE.
Love this place. I got the lemongrass chicken banh mi and the chicken egg rolls. The customer service is great and they are quick with your food. Uve had the pho as well and I LOVE it.
It was unexpectedly good.I ordered extra large rare steak pho with egg rolls.Broth: it tasted weird because it doesn’t taste like any other pho I’ve had. It was different, unique, and new.Noodle: it was over cooked and it’s pre-made noodle. (They gave me so much noodles)Meat: it was bit chewy but it was alright.I think I would come here again.
