The place is a huge mess, nowhere to sit due to clutter everywhere. Employees distance themselves over 15' away so I had to yell really loud to place my order. They use a microphone to communicate to you but the music is loud so you can't understand what they're saying. Communication was really bad therefore I just settled for a drink that I wasn't even excited for.

Best tea shop in Gardena. Great drinks, awesome decor, and cool atmosphere. Lots of different people coming in and staying around the shop. Definitely check it out if you haven't already!
Hoping this place goes back to how they had their dining area like back in 2013-2017. That whole white and black paint on everything make this place look dirty. I love ❤️ the drinks though.

I had a hot milk tea and my son got the caramel iced milk tea. I loved mine and my son loved his which is shocking because he is not a fan of tea.
Great customer service and a very beautiful area, however the drinks were a miss for 2/3, of them, one being gag inducing.
Super duper sweet and sugary, tried the honey melon boba. Nice patio for chilling though
