I read if I start getting some McDonald's that that's a strong McDonald's they got to deal with all the activity that goes around the area so my hat's off to these people that can maintain a professional character throughout the 8 hours of their shift knowing that they have to deal with crazy people around so this place deserves 100 Stars
Usual our order is good and the fries are really tasty.Unfortunately lately the fries look old and flavorless. Plus they keep giving us the plain cheese burgers with everything.
If zero star was a rating then that's what it would be. The management is horrible and the staff is too. They got my order wrong two consecutive mornings. Decaf coffee and no espresso! That's how they served it to me; that's not coffee. I am insulted.
Drive thru mic is terrible and had to re order my food at the window and wait twice as long. Ended up with a huge line because of the same issue. Avoid during lunch rush.
My experience with this McDonald's has always been great I love coming here on my lunch break late at night i can order Drive >throu with my semi truck Bobtail. That's a 5 star for me.
Parking lot can be a hassle but always clean and fast service just check your order always forget something but what else do you expect from McDonald’s.
Be aware!! I was told at the drive thru window that they only accept cash and that there would be no receipts. Anyways, it was on December 29, 2021 at 11:00pm. As we sat in the car, we asked the woman with the heavy accent where our receipt was. She said that machines were down. So she asked us for $40 cash. We asked to see the actual cost and she refused to give us something in writing. My husband insisted on getting a receipt and she then said that someone was writing it down. Seriously?? How is this legal?
They have the double line in the drive thru. It's ok fast/ fresh. Only thing is I would like it if the they would make the sausage egg cheese McMuffin with the egg scrambled. It has always been wired that they make the eggs like they do. Thank you in advance
I had ordered 2 combo meals on drive thru and only got one sandwich. Then they asked for my reciept and after they saw my receipt they still couldnt give me my food and even asked if I was missing something else knowing they had my receipt in their hands.
I haven’t been here for months but I decided to pass by and get some food since it was still open and is one of the closest restaurant around my house. Last time I’m coming back never coming back. I ask for freshly made fries I wanted them soft and hot not hard & burn. Fries taste like they were sitting there for a while and were just drop just to get rid of them, horrible oily taste over cook. SMH. the Mc nuggets i ask for it well done not double well done. Waste of money I had to throw them away. it seem cook wasn’t paying attention while he was preparing my food like if he left them there and left to do something and got distracted and completely forgot about them. It took 15min for me to get my food. Customer service was ok proper manner but the food HORRIBLE. just a heads up for the people who come and order from this mc Donald’s, check your food before you leave. I spoke too soon when I received my food.
