I called to place an order for pickup since the mobile app doesn’t offer “extra thick” as an option, the girl said they weren’t taking over the phone orders so I asked how do I order them extra thick through mobile app, she said order extra fruits (which are 75 cents extra on app but in person you order extra thick with no charge???) order through app anyways the way she asked, I get there and stand in front of mobile order sign and no one has acknowledged or said anything so I was nice and waited for people to order then proceeded to ask the cashier if our drinks were ready. Nope. Not only did we have to wait behind all the other people who ordered in store but our drinks weren’t extra thick as requested and they were super watered down and flavorless. $8 for a drink that is grossing me out. I ordered a Caribbean passion, it should be a dark orange color. First and last time at this location, I should have checked the reviews first.
They either need to hire new people or retrain the people who already work here because the service is TERRIBLE.
It's been a month, orange machine still broke, where orange?
I came here at 6pm to on tuesday to get a juice. The great greens juice. The girls told me that they were not making juice right now because they already cleaned the machine. I asked what time they close they said 9pm. They said this was a policy. They said that the juicer takes a long time to clean and has to sit 12 hours. I asked if this was at other jamba juice they said they did not know. This is very upsetting to me. How could you stop selling juice 3 hours before the store closes. I do not understand this. Please explain or do something about you workers who just want to leave work early. What type of service is this for well known company.
Wow what can I say,Terrible service!!4th and last time visiting this location every time I go into this specific location they are always out of something rather its large cups, or bananas to chocolate. I visited 10 18 2021and a very skinny rude girl talks out loud like customers are not present and complains like it's the consumers fault they do not want to substitute, some one needs to remind her consumers are the reason why she can get hours to earn a check. This is what happens when you put young people in charge poor service and low accountability!
I go here regularly, I give them five stars but there’s no reason to be single staffing a single teenage looking girl with this location at noon to one pm. The management needs called out if they were in the back during my order because this poor girl was on registers and making smoothies. SMH get it together.
This location and its manager Maria is becoming GARBAGE real quick. Though, I think maria already was a garbage manager to begin with. Never there and never training her personel (children) properly. That can't be the jamba brand that I once new. There is No F.I.B.E.R in that place. Just...GARBAGE!!!!
Denied entry without a mask despite my medical exemption and inability to wear. Will not return.
The girls here have very negative personalities there rude very rude if one the girls is explaining something to a customer they all want to say something act the same times if you having a one on one conversation there's no reason for the other girls to speak
Had the worst experience there. I called because I ordered a delivery through the jamba juice app. I never got my order and called to see what happened. They told me they don't deliver and I would have to call doordash. However, it already charged me and I called doordash. They said because it's through the app and my payment information was charged through the app aka Jamba juice. That I would have to get a refund from them. I even had doordash call Jamba juice and they said they were the least helpful and I should get a refund from them. However the manager would not give me a refund or help in any way. Also, On the app, it does not say it's through a third party and it does not give a third party confirmation order. All of this is through Jamba Juice. The manager should get fired. She would not help, would not give a refund (never got my order and it charged me extra for a delivery fee) and even hung up the phone on the doordash customer service.
